Training was very helpful, easy to get hold of someone when requiring extra help, customer service is brilliant, Care planner itself is so easy to use and we are very happy with the change over.

Care Planner is very easy to use and user friendly. I have never experienced any issues with Care Planner. It gives you everything that you need. When you call the help desk they are always at hand to resolve any concerns you might have and the team are friendly and polite.

We are a Domiciliary Care Agency based in Nottingham. We have been using CarePlanner for 3 years and we cannot do without it, it is easy to use and valuable to our business. If we need help or guidance the support team is available whenever we need them. We have had other Care Roster Planning companies approach us for our business, but we do not even consider looking as we are so happy with CarePlanner Great Product, Great Price. I cannot recommend CarePlanner enough

The training session with Lauren was very good, she was friendly, knowledgeable and articulate and happy to answer any questions we had. Her explanations made sense and she understood the reasons for our questions.

She taught me a whole lot in one meeting and signposted me to other areas where I can find more information. Leanne was so helpful, I was anxious initially because I needed to understand this system so that I could put it to use right away. CarePlanner System is so user friendly and supports all that we need as a Domiciliary Care Provider. We have recently moved to CarePlanner from a different rostering system and cannot fault the service we have received. We had a tight deadline for getting set up and moved over, and CarePlanner have been extremely accommodating. The training with Colin was excellent with follow up questions answered quickly and clearly. Our integration with PASS was seamless, with both sides communicating with each other and keeping us informed throughout. The system is easy to use and will really make care planning and rostering much easier going forward.

Failing to find something to complain about and the more we work with this the better it gets. Fantastic system, answers all of our problems and some problems that we didn't know we had.
