They asked me to send a test page, and within 1 business day, they honoured the 3 year warranty, apologised, and sent me a new cartridge that arrived yesterday. Outstanding service

I ordered under this offer and was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock- I only found out when I logged in to check the invoice and found that the item was "pending despatch". When I called I was on hold for ages and they couldn`t (wouldn`t?) explain to me what they mean by the "guaranteed" delivery- ie what happens when they don`t deliver. If you need your products on time then avoid

This was accompanied by competitively priced products and next day delivery. The delivery process was super efficient, having ordered mid afternoon to receive the goods the following morning was brilliant, I would both recommend and reuse TG for my printing accessories.

FedEx finally delivered the items in two lots 3/4 days after the order was placed, and not the next day. I have contacted customer services, and they can't do anything about £25 (+20% VAT) 3/4 day delivery charges. Won't be back

United Kingdom | 12 February 2021I decided to order my ink in plenty of time as it obvious that people are working from home. Toner giant said my cartridges were in stock, so i placed an order for 2 colour and 2 black. 28th jan. 4 days later the colour cartridges arrived and an email stating that they were out of stock for the black. My ink then ran out yesterday, and i contacted them only to be told it would be another 2 weeks - with the excuse that people are working from home. So not only did I have to chase them, they were still not delivering for another 2 weeks......DO NOT USE!!! I have no printer ink now to print my child’s homeschooling stuff. No updates, no asking the question do you want to cancel due to the delay. They could do with brushing up on their customer service.

Web page looked very inviting and price was great.Ordered bundle of items as webpage stated following day despatch and that items were in stock. After a week I emailed to be told that the items were out if stock. Shame that they didn't tell me, so cancelled order and requested refund. Money back on 48 hrs. I won't try them again:(
