I ordered the ink cartridges as I had a lot of stuff to print and my inks were showing low levels. I did not expect to receive an e mail the following day informing me that they did not have any in stock. They had taken my money and said they would send out the inks in two weeks when in stock. I replied imediatly and requested my money as they couldn't supply what I had ordered .Three e mails requesting my money back only to get a stock e mail answer thanking me for my order. I eventually requested pay pal to intervene and got a refund. It was a shocking online shopping experiance. Firstly do not advertise stuff for sale that you don't hold in stock. If you get an order and you don't have the goods apologise to the customer and ask if they don't mind waiting. But to hold a customers money and not acknowledge their emails just shows how badly this outfit is run. I would not shop there again if they were the only ink supplier in the uk . I would rather go and buy a typewriter.

Delivery was not on the day expected, so two attempts were apparently made when I was away - though no message was left on either occasion. Delivery was arranged for the following week. Can your delivery person use an 'if out leave package at xx' method?

I am a small project who have used Tonergiant for a few years now, purchasing toner and drum units as required for my printers and I have always received a flawless service from them. However, recently (October 2020) I found that a toner cartridge had failed to work in my printer, with 'no toner' or 'replace toner' messages, being displayed. I contacted Tonergiant by telephone and after authenticating my purchase of the faulty toner by email was pleasantly amazed at Tonergiant's prompt response. They sent me a replacement toner cartridge by next day delivery, at no cost to me and the new cartridge works perfectly! Well done you!! Woody Clachar Your very satisfied customer
