Very bad service placed an order for 2 ink cartridges for next day delivery as they said they had them in stock. When clearly they didn’t. When received parcel next day tried contacting them to let them know I have only received one. Phone line was automated. Saying not available of now for Christmas. After 7 days someone got back to me via email to acknowledge my email. Which was too late as I needed ink on the day what I asked for. Had to purchase from elsewhere will definitely not buy from them again first time experience has left a very bad taste. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone neither.

Great place to get our ink from, we have used them so many times now we dont even compare prices as we know we are getting the best deal .

Unfortunately the Ink cartridges supplied did not fit my Brother DCP-197C printer. To Tonergiant's credit they gave me a full no quible full refund. I would use their service again for my other printers JP

I ordered my toners when it was buy one get one half price and one or two days later it was 25% off so having bought three toners I would have saved more if I had known, think this is a bit cheeky to change offers in one week....
