I've always had great service from Toner Giant. If you have a question, Customer Services is friendly and helpful. Delivery is always as promised.

I couldn't spot the replacement part on the website so phoned them Problem solved and the correct part identified in seconds. Despatched same day, delivered next working day - the service 'ran on rails'. I'll be back!

They sent out the wrong cartridges and then when I said they were not working they got me to try everything under the sun to get them working until they realised they were the wrong cartridges. Then they wanted the original ones back which was difficult as I am very busy and I have lots of cartridges at the moment, as I bought some from else where and their boxes were not labelled toner giant. They have caused me lots of time and effort due to their error and have offered no compensation at all. Customer service is very poor

I always use Tonergiant for my inks; their prices are the best around and there's frequently offers for even more off. Free next day delivery too, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Their website did not function and order was lost in the ethers. Had to ring them. They sorted it and sent me the order. Unfortunately the cartridges are sub standard and will not load. each one is different. Not impressed

Tonergiant delivered the items quickly and they were if excellent quality. I would be happy to use them again
