Used these for years. Other brands that claim to be eco are not 100% recycled plastic, but these ones are. They are strong and easy to use. Great company. Delivery quick and easy. Am trying not to use Amazon anymore, so bought direct from Beco and delivery was super-quick. No complaints 😊👍🏼

I can see that the balls are great quality, hence the four stars, but I have to say I was hoping they would be a bit smaller. They were in the section for small dogs and I was hoping for something nearer to the size of the littlest Beco ball which they loved but of which I have only one left. These are a bit big for my little dogs and the hole is too big so that treats fall out without their having to work at it.

Beco are great with the reordering regular system. On a couple of occasions we have needed to order the next batch a bit earlier & nothing is too much for them to help with.

The problem is your delivery company. I was originally given a time between 2pm and 5pm so I took my dog out early to accommodate this after we got back the delivery times started changing and I eventually got my delivery around 07.15pm that's 6hrs after the original time. I find this far from acceptable.

I have used Beco's projects for quite a while for its sustainable credentials. I took out a poo bag subscription so as not to be caught short on dog walks. The bags took a week to arrive from order date and was fulfilled by Amazon. I deliberately avoid unethical Amazon. Maybe I will need to look elsewhere.
