Worse ever, sell you a ticket, but don’t confirm until you call them and then they want to tell you that ticket isn’t available and suddenly the ticket price is more then double the price.

We found a good deal on Sky Scanner and it brought is to the booking through Flights Channel. Theses guys just sent me a booking email saying I would be contacted shortly to confirm the booking. A week passes and nothing. I called them and it was like they never seen my booking before. They then tell me that the flight had changed but offered to booke on a later flight at the same price. By then the price had doubled for the same ticket so I had to agree. They tell me to wait 24 hours for confirmation. 48 hours pass and still nothing I keep calling back all.tjey can tell me is to wait 24 h. This happens 2 more times. By now it's been 12 days since the booking and I haven't received anything, there's no manager available. At this point I had to cancel my booking with this scam company and cancel my trip. These people single handedly ruined my trip!

Price advertised was false and then they tried to book and charge with a different rate. False results with poor service, lose time in the operation. Will never use again

Don’t waste your money! I booked a flight from Cuba to Canada stopping in Mexico for 3 ppl at around 660 CAD each (1900+ CAD total). After booking, I received a confirmation of the trip. A day or two after, I received a call from one of their reps alleging that the flight was overbooked and they couldn’t get me the 3 seats and they could only get me 2 and one on a different flight. I wasn’t fine with it since that interrupted all my travel plans but at that point I was already too close to the travel dates to be able to get a different reservation. They gave me a different date, but I told them it might not work for me. In order to rebook, they made me reply to them with an email saying I agreed with the change, which I replied “ I approve the change. I don’t like the way this was handled tho” (exact words). One day after, I called to cancel this reservation since I finally received confirmation that my plans had been screwed due to the dates change. Surprisingly enough, they said they couldn’t cancel this reservation since I had agreed to it. After a long long back and forth, they said they would give us a credit for the amount paid (which I wasn’t ok with, but had no other choice than to accept). For the last few weeks we have been trying to use this credit and it has been the worst nightmare ever. When you go to their website and see the flights, you can’t use the credit without calling them; but when you call them, surprise, the price is double than what the website shows. Their argument is that the website only shows the price for new reservations, but ours is a reservation change and the discount on the website is not applied. “Total BS”. Why are you giving me a credit that I can only use while calling you and then you double the tickets price (literally double). That’s not giving you a credit at all, it’s scamming ppl and taking their money. Then they say they will call you in 24hr with options and never do (they have not called me in like 6-7 occasions).

I booked flight with Flightschannel couple of days ago, and I got confirmation number, but they contacted me today regarding price change and canceled my tickets and offered far more expensive tickets, and all they could say was sorry, This agency is not trustworthy

I got a decent deal for the date of my flight in Nov compared to another fly sites. Received an email from Jack L and with the confirmation number or eticket I checked with the airline and it all looks good. I guess I'm just waiting for the call they mentioned to verify my ticket and schedule.
