I was confirmed on a flight leaving st 6:00am and learned the day before my flight from Delta that FlightsChannel had booked me on the flight leaving at 3:30pm. Never received that information and only got the new itinerary today after I called. We miss a whole day of a four day weekend with our grandkids because of this mistake. It is a sleazy company. I will never use them again

I booked and paid for a flight, it was cancelled a few days later, I tried to contact reservations and support via email with no response. I would not trust this site!

ZERO STARS.. Flights Channel LLC is out to collect your info to SCAM BEWARE! Like the other reviews flight cheaper than the norm, take your info give a invalid booking ID. When I called to get a solid reference number to check with airline agent claim they working on it. The other stella reviews are from in house FRAUDSTERS!!! What exactly would this website be doing all this unnecessary time wasting from the consumers, but to SCAM your private information. Site need to be shut down asap!

The site is definitely a SCAM. They use bait and switch tactics to get you to pay more by telling you the seats are all sold out at that price. Seems to be a fishing site. They believe they can get around the law by their site saying your ticket is not valid or complete until you get an E-ticket which does not come, and although they dont charge you if you dont get it, its still a scam site and a waste of time. I dont believe for a second any of the reviews saying how great they were...they also operate just like the site Flightfaredeals does, probably same group. BEWARE!!

Easy and straightforward booking process. This is my first time using the website would recommend for further bookings. Very good value for money. Tickets took a few days to be issued through email but reasonable pricing. I am glad when Jack Lewis informed me I will be getting a free upgrade which is really appreciated. I am so sorry to say that this was, indeed, a scam. They do sell tickets they do not have. I have booked three tickets to West Palm Beach. Soon after, I received an email asking me to call them back, since my booking did not go through. The agent told me that neither the times of the flight I chose nor the rate was available. To confirm the booking, I needed to add an additional 300.00 per ticket and accept to change the times of the flight. However, cancelling with them the entire transaction was easy. I will never use their services again.

They always answered me in the custom service, but never sent me the tickets, idk how they work but I couldnt get tickets in 10 days, even though they offered me other flight. The good thing is that they dont charge you until you have the tickets.

Flight Channel is deffineatly not a scam. I spoke with Dorris Wilson and she was amazing. She is very Knowledgable, Helpful, Patient and understanding too.
