I had to make changes to my flight and Ronak helped me with efficiency and kindness. He offered me alternatives flights and resolve my problem quickly. I will surely contact him for my next reservation.

They didn't scam me, but the communication was awful. I booked a flight through them, then got a call a few hours later saying the price had changed (upward, of course) and my booking was no longer valid. Told them not to book it just yet while I looked for better prices. Theirs was still the best, so I booked at the new, higher price. Got a confirmation email, all that. I called 24 hours before my flight after I didn't get tickets and was told that my second booking had also been cancelled per my request (???). Spent the last evening of my vacation scrambling to get a flight out less than 24 hours in advance so I wouldn't miss work. This company would be fine if they sent out cancellation notices, but they don't. You are expected to call them every few weeks to make sure your booking hasn't been cancelled.

My experience was really great! Booking my flight was very quick and easy, and when I had a question, I got awesome customer service when I had reached out. Thank you Khole Adam for a great experience!!

Thanks Doris Wilson, This site was so easy to navigate through. watched flights for two weeks to the B.V.I. on about 4 sites and this one was the only one that was giving same pricing or lower. the other sites were bumping pricing due to my computer algorithm. Thanks

It is a scam: bait and switch. They will quote you a low price, gather your information, and call to let you know that the quoted price is no longer available. It never was :) Avoid them.

This site is a total SCAM. We booked a flight to Texas on Delta. They never ran our card. Said the card was declined bullish:t!! My 5 year olds heart was broken he was looking forward to the Rodeo we bought tickets for Labor Day weekend. NEVER USE THIS SITE. Truely broke my sons heart!!!!
