Total Scam They post on their website the lowest prices on the internet, you book it, get an email confirmation and an hour later you get a call from them telling you that's not really a booking confirmation...what? And in order to confirm with the airline you have to pay almost double the price. I had to rush to get this flight and missed to check the reviews before booking...big mistake. Unfortunately the airline I usually book with, has no flights on Sunday and my son needed to return that day, and because the price was similar to what I usually pay for one-way ticket, it never occurred to me that this would a total scam, but I was wrong. Stay away from this company!!!

Total Scam. They post on their website flights that are cheaper than any other website, then after you book it you get a confirmation, then a few hours after you book you get a call and they inform you that your flight is not confirmed and then give you option to choose another flight that is way more expensive. I asked the kind lady that spoke with me to check availability for the same price on different dates, since the website showed the same low price on flights all week, needless to say that the price was never the same low price. No availability on any of the advertised low price flights. I'd stay away. Book your flight on a legitimate website!

After numerous hours researching plane tickets for a vacation in aruba I came across flights channel. I was a bit leery after reading some of the reviews but thought I'd give flights channel a try. When I called I spoke to Ron Williams regarding flight prices as well as date, time schedule and preferred airport. He was very very helpful in getting me the best deal as well as price, time schedule and airport as I had requested. He even was prompt in calling me back as well as getting my daughters name corrected. Thank you Ron. Appreciate all the help.

I just contacted Flights Channel and tried to leave a voice message but their inbox was full which I totally understand bc they must be inundated with other extremely frustrated customers just like myself. I booked a few days ago and received an email stating my flight was confirmed but that my CC had not been charged. When I checked my account the next day it still hadn't been processed so I called them. The first thing I asked was why my card wasn't charged if I'd provided it to them and why they hadn't sent me a follow up email informing me of this. I also inquired into whether the waiting time meant that my price would increase and the rep firmly stated "no" and that they would be in touch shortly...that was on Friday. Then on Saturday I receive a call at 6:45pm on a Saturday night but I was unavailable and didn't see the missed call until early Sunday morning right after I read the email they had sent to me stating they'd tried to reach out and that due to my not being available for the call my price will be increasing. What?? I was informed my flight was confirmed AND that there would be no price change. Flights Channel...make this right. Show me you are not a scam.
