If i can leave a -100, this company is a bait and swtich company Hello This company is committing fraud.Online you falsely advertised a flight for a lower price.  Then when I called you stated that fight didnt have 5 tickets, only one or two left.  When I inquired about those ticket, you changed the conversation and said it was only stand by tickets,  Nobody sells standby tickets.   I sent an email inquiring about the ticket, Ronak Williams said dont worry, you will receive the itinerary within 24-48 hour. On Sunday, 7/2/2023.  I called and spoke with  Ross, he said that there is a computer glitch, and can provide another flight with a different airline, which the flight was not direct. When I stated I dont want that flight I need direct flight because I am traveling with Senior Citizens.  Ros said he will see what he can do and left me on hold for over 15 minutes.  I hung up and called back, a different person answered. He said the flight did not have enough seats for 5, and can book on different airlines.   Immediately, I went online and found tickets with a different source for the first confirmed AA flight 509, and it was cheaper.  Company lied that there were not enough seats available.  FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I chose this company because the price was so low. After I ordered the ticket they called me and gave me this long explanation of why I needed to buy a higher priced ticket. They said the cheap ticket listed was impossible. Sadly, I took the bait. I learned from my negative experience with this company never to trust a third party airfare company. Flights channel was eager to make the sale but after that it was impossible to contact them. Our flight went horribly wrong. It took a long time to get confirmation that I had bought the tickets at all. There was little flight information. On the day of the flight, there was a snow storm and our flight got cancelled. I was told by the airline that I could get a refund. Because it was so difficult to contact Flights Channel (many emails. no response) I asked for a refund from the airline itself. I was only given a refund of the base fare. I lost $200 a ticket for a flight I never took.

Scam, be aware, never ever go to their website. All is lie

Booked a flight to Los Cabos in September, and all was well. Got a confirmation that flight was booked. Couple of hours later received an email saying they were trying to get hold of me....long story short this was a bait and switch. Then they tried to book another flight double the previous cost. Looks like a duck...........

Be careful with this company. I bought a ticket on may 18th to travel Cancun on June 30th , everything was ok until I saw my email someone cancel my ticket. I call the airline they told me was this people maybe bc my ticket price is 3 times more expensive!! and want more money. Thanks God the airline fixed this scam and put back my name to flight. Bad experience.

Don’t book with this company. I booked a ticket for August, 2 months in advance, I was so happy, I thought I got a good price, after I read their email carefully, I realized it said that my booking is under progress even the title said ‘Your booking is Confirm’, to make sure I called them and spoke with Mr. Jack, and he mentioned that until my card charged, the price isn’t guaranteed and he will happily to cancel my ticket, he even encouraged me to cancel it, after I asked if he’s going to charge me extra from what we agreed, he said yes. It wasted my time and I just canceled it.
