Después de realizar mi reservación no me llegó el correo de confirmación. Llamé a los teléfonos indicados y me atendieron Ana y Tessa de manera muy amable resolviendo el problema y reservado mi lugar en el vuelo. Muy satisfecho con el servicio y el precio.

Tessa Henley was awesome in getting everything booked. I give her 5 stars! The only reason I am giving 4 stars overall is because from the time I booked to when I was contacted was 3 full days, so I didn't know if my reservation was really confirmed or not, and prices had jumped considerably with the airlines. So having to wait in limbo was stressful, all the while hoping I got the better pricing. In the end I did get the great pricing though. And thanks to Tessa.

Mi experiencia fue muy cambiante ya que hice la compra en línea durante la noche, alrededor de 7 veces y la página se regresaba al inicio lo que me causó frustración, ya al día siguiente llamé para comprar el vuelo y me apoyó Bianca López, quien muy amablemente resolvió mi problema y concretó mi compra. Aprox a las 6 horas me llegó un correo diciendo que me declinaron el pago, tuve que llamar otra vez y Verónica me ayudó a hacer el pago, ya que mi tarjeta era digital y cambia su CVV cada 5 min, después de eso se reflejó el pago en mi cuenta y tuve más seguridad de la compra, a las 20 hrs aprox le llegó el número de confirmación de la aerolínea, revisé en la página de Aeroméxico y si aparecían, ahora estoy contenta porque hice una buena compra, encontré los vuelo a un precio muy bueno. Lo malo es que solo Bianca y Verónica hablan español.

I booked flight to Salt Lake City but have not received E-tickets. I did tried to call, leave message, send E-mail to provided E mail address but no call or E mail back until 6 days later. Tessa called me today to confirm I have received E tickets and booked my seats. My interaction with Tessa was really awesome. Tessa was really helpful. But Flight channel should be more alert to send message back to customer if they’re going to require several days to provide E tickets. I was not sure have I actually purchased tickets or not. Reading internet comments on your company did not give me any assurance.

Everything going good so far with Doris Wilson, they are upgrading me in the Main Cabin for free! If things are going good like this all the way, it would definitly be the best flight company I used so far.
