After searching high and low for a good flight deal, I came across this company, Flight Channel. I booked my flight and was very happy with the price. Right out the gate I had two very negative experience: (1) Minutes after booking my flight online, I reached out to Flight Channel via chat to inquire about advance seats. Immediately, the rep tried to get me to cancel my existing flight and suggested that I re-book another flight. This change would have cost me $300.00 to $400.00 extra for a similar flight, just different airline, in order to get x3 seats for free; these seats usually cost $11.00 to $20.00 each. It was obvious this rep was getting a commission and had no concerns for why I contacted the office in the first place, and so I escalated the call. I though the rep's approach was grossly inappropriate and did not have my best interest at the forefront. (2) When I booked the flight online, it clearly showed that I booked my flight on a certain airline, (Alaska Airlines) but when I received my ticket confirmation it was a completely different airline, (American Airlines) This is an airline I was not eager to fly with, and by then it was too late I was stuck. The over the phone customer service usually don't get back to you. As per the above two reasons, I personally would never do business with Flight Channel in the future and would not recommend them.

Son unos ladrones. Compre con ellos, no podíamos hacer el check in online con United, asique fuinos directo al aeropuerto a las 7am y el pasaje no existía. Llame y luego de 45min me dijeron que podían darnos otro vuelo para la tarde del día siguiente, incluso cuando había otros vuelos el mismo día solo un par de horas más tarde con UNITED. Estábamos haciendo escala en San Francisco asique tuvimos que comprar otros pasajes en el momento ya que teníamos reservas de Hitler y auto en Hawai, nos salieron $600usd más caros. Tuve que volver a llamar para que me reembolsaran y solo me pagaron lo que ellos nos había cobrado por los pasajes inexistentes, No nos pagaron por la diferencia del costo de los vuelos nuevos... Y si hubieramos aceptado viajar con ellos otra vez al día siguiente, tampoco estaban dispuestos a cubrir el hotel, taxis ni comidas en San Francisco donde ellos nos habían dejado barados, mas allá de la noche de hotel y renta de auto que perdíamos por su negligencia. Era tan simple como mandar un mail de cancelación lo cual no hicieron. Unos ladrones, porque a demás si no llamas para pedir reembolso ellos no lo harán. O sea, te venden algo que no existe y si reclamas ni modo, pero si no reclamas se quedan con tu dinero de gratis. Un robo.

Would give a negative review, but can’t. Absolute worst customer service ever. They sound polite on the phone, but NEVER get back to you as promised. Your question/ claim/ refund will NEVER get resolved. They keep passing you around and blaming each other. I think we’ve spoken to every employee and supervisor as well! We’ve given up the loss of $2750 due to their incompetence. Waste of time and money. 2 years of phoning and emailing with constant promises. Disgusting and shameful behaviour. BE WARNED: Use a reputable travel agent, or deal directly with the airline.

This was crazy I was a wreck buying these tickets. It took them four days to give me a e-ticket confirmation. On the fourth day I was fed up and Mary helped me so much providing a confirmation and stood with me on the phone until I confirmed it. Thank you Mary Jones.

Horrible company. I booked a flight that was confirmed by this company, and minutes after I received a confirmation number, I get a phone call from the company saying that airline cannot honor those tickets and if I wanted to keep the tickets I have to pay double the price.
