I bought tickets and I didn’t receive it after that I called them they told me not confirmed and the price now a lot more even I had the confirmation number. Scampi fake now I have to pay a lot more to by new tickets . Never use the

I had found a flight for a halfway decent fare on Priceline but I wanted to deal with a travel agency that I could use frequently. Priceline has no person-to-person services available that I know of, so I contacted Flights Channel. I had a great experience, using an online agent for an international flight and hoped it would be similar for domestic. This was my first time using FC and Brett was my agent. He was courteous, professional and fast. There were 3 seats left on a Priceline flight so I asked him to hurry to see if he could find something similar. He not only did that but he beat their price! I fly a LOT so if all goes well, I will be using FC (and specifically, Brett) for many more flights in the future.

Terrible company! Stole our money! $5100 we are out if pocket and they never gave a refund! They could not provide the flight tickets and therefore cancelled on us. But no refund what so ever! So sad.. mad… angry! This is a terrible company! Stay away! And they are probably leaving themselves good reviews! They are NOT good! Terrible terrible terrible!

21 days since this company billed our credit card and never provided the tickets we were billed for. non-stop run-around and headaches about getting refund. if you look them up on Better Business Reviews you will see this is not uncommon. Funny thing is... Trustpilot makes you prove additional information or they remove your review... how shady is that??? do they make all the fake positive reviews do that??? Stay Away!

Verónica was my sales rep and she did it well, a couple misunderstanding but were solved because my and her English weren't the best and it was little hard to understand. But my wife got booked and here we go.

Mike Jones assisted me in booking flights for a round trip to Hawaii. He was patient, took his time and provided excellent customer service. The flights also came with a very big savings than going directly through Delta! I recommend Flights Channel and especially Mike Jones!

After reading other reviews, I was reluctant to try Flight Channel but their prices were the best I could find. When I contacted them, I expressed my concerns. They went way beyond my expectations. They followed up several times to make sure I had my E-ticket. and was reassured. They were thoughtful and made sure that I had a wheelchair from the beginning until I was picked up. I contacted Delta who helped me find a seat assignment that would be easy to navigate. Everything went as it should. I just returned from my visit. We will be flying again next week with my travel plans and my E-ticket arrived in my email about 2 days later. When I asked about the bad reviews, I was told that some customers were upset because flights had been canceled by the airlines due to covid and staffing issues. I would definitely use them again. I plan to post again on another site because I think they got a bad rep because of issues beyond their control.

Website is completely inaccurate. They will send you a confirmation then will tell you it is not confirmed and they can not help you. There is no one actually working the online website to update. So just save yourself and just use somewhere else anywhere else.

I was responsible for booking flights for my Son's Academy soccer team. I was running out of time and price's were going sky high. I did a search for booking a fare and came across Flightchannel.com. I decided to call directly since I had a group reservation. Anna was my rep and she was amazing. Not only was she patient with my never ending question but managed to keep adding more passenger to my intinerary. Most of it was real time while I was on the phone with her verifying all of my passengers information. Excellent experience and she even called me back when she noticed I tried calling her and she was unable to pick up. It didn't stop there as I had emailed her that I needed to add more passengers and she immediately called me back was able to provide me once again amazing service. I purchased tickets and called the company immediately after purchase because I read some bad reviews online. I wanted to cancel my purchase but after speaking to customer service and then ultimately to the booking agent, I decided to continue with my booking. I was pleasantly surprised and quite pleased. Jonny (agent) was attentive and actually got better flights and seating at the same price from what I booked. Specifically, Jonny got seating for my daughter and I together and actually saved me money - I was booked to leave from JFK (close to my home) and return to EWR where car service home would have been a fortune. I received my confirmation and e tickets within hours of placing the order. No bait and switch and I would definitely use them again.

I have booked my flights through this company Flights Channel LLC have gotten great deals for my family vacations no complaints. Recently booked vacation to Hawaii and have had no trouble or hassles every time phoned Kevin Chase. If I needed to make sure something was wrong he would make corrections and he would explain to me how crucial it was to make sure names are correct as on Passport. Yes we are sometimes to busy in life we over look something at the last minute . Kevin was able to assist me 1 week before my trip and made correction that I had overlooked. Kevin has been very friendly and professional with his work every time. I have recommended Kevin to my friends and given them his number when they need to book flights and no complaints. I would keep using Flights Channel LLC and keep calling Kevin he gets me great deals and is always very helpful. I am satisfied with their services and have enjoyed my vacations with my Family and Friends. Thank you Kevin you are the Best!!!
