Great product, exactly what we wanted. Slight confusion regarding delivery. As email and phone call indicated a specific delivery date. We had to enquire on delivery date and day after as the product had not been delivered. It was delivered within 5 days as indicated and delivery driver went above and beyond.

I hadn't heard of Nustone but wanted a relable supply. I got a great service and product (Kandlar Grey) paving at a competitive price. Service was good both online and on the phone. Delivery was secure, timely and professional.

Took delivery of Kandla grey porcelain large format pavers and Nero porcelain sets - packed very well to protect them and used Nustone’s own delivery which was great and driver was very helpful. The tiles look fantastic and can’t wait to start laying them. Overall service was excellent at the Kettering showroom and price was very competitive. Communication also very good. Would highly recommend.

There was good communication after I had placed the order. The slabs I wanted were out of stock and this was communicated well. I did notgive 5 stars because the delivery driver was rude and unhelpful. He gave me the impression that I was the last person he wanted to deliver to. That was my only let down.

Really happy with the porcelain slabs we bought from Nustone. Everything was delivered on schedule, and arrived safely (no breakages). I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for paving.
