Communication was really good. Only draw back is they advertised MOT1 for delivery but was unable to do so and asked me to collect it myself

3 stars = a few issues. Honest review: Purchased 1 Pallet of paving tiles. Pro: this was slightly cheaper than other companies. con: If not ordering a full pallet a ridiculous price of £85 is added for handling, this nearly made me order elsewhere as it would have worked out a lot cheaper as I needed 62 tiles in total, but I did get the extra 22 from marketplace. Delivery Pro: They called and booked a date with me. Con: Driver had never heard of the allowed 20 minutes wait as stated by Nuston while the goods are checked for damage, he phoned the office who also said that they would not do this for general public and would allow 15 minutes when delivering to companies, however they agreed to wait 15 minutes while I checked tiles for damage. Packaging Pro: wrapped well to minimise any possible damage to the tiles and was watertight. con: Due to Nustone terms and conditions where you cannot claim for damage tiles unless you write damaged on the delivery note as “unable to check” would not be accepted for a claim & the driver would not write this on the delivery note unless he could see any damage. A per of kitchen scissors and a 2 year old in hand this was near impossible to cut into the wrap plus straps and hand ball tiles to check in 15 minutes not 20, was stressful to say the least. 15 minutes gone driver left by the time I had finished checking, all tiles had arrived undamaged. Nustone please can you look into this and feedback.

Great price, great product, delivered without breakages. Would have been 5 stars but the What 3 Words details were not passed onto the delivery driver which meant he had a more difficult time than he needed to.

Ordered Rainbow Sandstone from Nustone, delivery was great, the slabs are beautiful! Unfortunately there were a few chips in some of the slabs but these were sorted with absolutely no problems and delivered quickly. They were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and in email. When I didn't get through one time I rang, they even rang me back - excellent customer service.
