Ordered 3 pallets of porcelain excellent slabs turned up in the allotted time, well packaged and no breakage , dealt with ritu on the phone who was very helpful.

The ordering was seamless however, I was not contacted to say when it was going be delivered and received a phone call from the delivery driver when he was sitting outside my house. I was at my work and had to contact my son to come and sign for the delivery. He was closer than I was so he came and did it on our behalf. This was an inconvenience. Also, the instructions received at the time of ordering is to check the items on delivery for damage. We were unable to do this as the slabs are all individually packaged so not possible to do. We do like the fact they are very well packaged so perhaps in situations like this the customer is given more time to report any damage. Our slabs are getting laid this week by the work men and will hopefully not have any damages to report. This is my only reason for not giving a 5 star review.

Had a few issues which have been resolved very quickly and professionally.

We have a lot of Yorkshire stone flags as steps/ walkways etc. The Indian fossil mint sandstone are going to fit perfectly. Super fast delivery fantastic price x 2 flags we’re broke in transit Nustone reimbursed immediately the cost of the flags, fantastic service, thank you. Definitely will be buying more and would recommend to anyone, brilliant experience.
