The company responded within a day to my request for a self measurement kit . Having purchased products before from the company, I have come to expect a reasonable amount of time from first contact to delivery. And the products are first rate.

Item was slow to arrive, and reimbursement for a returned item was even slower...

I tried to buy the product using a delivery agency, but I got canceled. When I asked why, they said the billing address was different. That's it. The Korean branch doesn't even sell the same product. I was curious to buy it, but now I'm not even interested.

Great customer service and an excellent set of carbon bars. Initial order for alloy bars got messed up and they fixed it by applying a healthy discount to a new order (bought the carbon ones instead) and they were really great about the whole business. As an update, the carbon bars really change the ride feel of my Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper on the rocky AZ trails here and the bend takes the pressure off my wrists that came from the stock bars. SQlabs has a great customer service team that responds quickly and effectively to issues and communications. Looking forward to more of their fine products. Good Folks!

I purchased the 611 because the 614 was on backorder during the time I was motivated to move on a new saddle for my gravel bike and trainer bike. I bought 2 of them moving from a Specialized Toupe that I'd ridden for over 4 years. I am super pleased with the sit bone relief and improvement in pelvic angle that allows me to put more power in to the pedals. I also like how wide the saddle is. Coming from a 143 on the Toupe, I bought the 611 in 15cm and am super happy. Part of me wishes I could test drive a 16cm just to make sure I would benefit from the addition contact area, but oh well. I'm super pleased. Aiming for the Unbound XL in 2025 so I should get to know the 611 very well.

Loved the seat!! But Personally I just couldn’t find the right seat angle. Hitting up front or I was sliding down the seat. Purchased new chamois but found the seat a bit hard, but thats me.

Was a complete waste of money for me. One of the innerbar clamps would not attach at all. The other did tighten but did not stop the grip from rotating on the bars. Eventually gave up an trashed them.

I ordered a sit-bone measuring kit from SQlabs after many attempts at self measuring. The product is good, the process is easy and quick. I have guessed at my saddle size for decades but it is nice to finally have the correct measurement. Thank you.

Great measurment kit for bike saddles - this really helped me narrow down my choices for a new saddle

First ride on my new saddle and i forgot to unlock my lockout on my xcountry bike. I rallied my favorite 4 mile warmup loop, nuking the downhill, enjoying the comfort. That’s when i realized i was running solid🤣. This saddle is my new fav. I’m considering dumping the gravel saddle and replacing it with the same sqlab i just purchased. Me cheeks couldn’t be happier.
