I like the seat that I got for my mountain bike, but my husbands handle bars he ordered were not the ones he wanted. Unfortunately they are not set up for returns and we can't use the equipment. Wish we could have at least exchanged them.

Order came in plenty of time and was as expected. It was a gift for my brother for Christmas. He says “the bike seat is awesome, no “parts” are numb anymore. Excellent”. I am happy as the gift giver and he is very happy as the person with a new bike seat that has solved his issues.

I thought the shipping time was poor, being that the warehouse is located in Southern California and I live in that area and it still took a week. Also the communication of the ship to status was not there basically.

I did not order anything

One reason that I purchased a saddle from SQ Labs was their 30 day trial period with the option to return the saddle if it didn't solve my issues. It did not work for me so I returned it after about 3 weeks. The saddle costed $250.00 and I had to pay the return shipping cost of $45.00. I have confirmation that the saddle was delivered on Jan. 2, it's now Jan. 12 and I haven't heard from them. The saddle was well made and it might work for some so the product was not the reason for the one-star review. The customer service leaves much to be desired. BTW, I returned the saddle in pristine condition with all of the original packaging. I'm out $295 and they've hung me out to dry! If you buy from them I hope you like the saddle because the return policy is BS.

These are great saddles. Have two. Last purchase was a 621 M-D active for spin bike. Relieves pressure significantly. Makes indoor training for IM distance possible. As expected it’s wide and padded, good for bigger riders.

I appreciate the product selection guidance offered by the website.
