The information given on the SQlab website to be sure that you get the correct fitting product is very informative. I have ordered two bars, and a saddle, and have been very pleased with all of them. The fit has been perfect after using the information provided. Thank you!

I measured my sits bones a dozen times and added the recommended +2 cm for my riding style. The saddle did relieve my discomfort, but it felt wide and bulky while riding downhill even with a dropper post. It kept brushing my legs on descents, which made it feel like it was hindering my mobility. I emailed SQlab asking for advice--if a narrower saddle or different saddle would solve the problem. I never heard back from them, so I returned the product and will continue my search elsewhere.

I found SQLab’s customer to be top notch! I sought help find a saddle to help with tailbone issues. They were very quick to provide detailed information and opinion that was very helpful.

Saddle did not have the "effective" width advertised. Customer service said this particular model was different than others and that I did receive the correct item. I think the description should have indicated how this model is different than their others. I ended up keeping it rather than paying to return it.

After purchasing a new bike, I was having a lot of trouble with pain in the inside of my left leg. I tried changing several things until I got the measurement tool from SQlab. It showed that I needed a much more narrow seat. Now with the new narrow seat, the pain is gone and I'm very grateful to SQlab.

I did a first ride on your 611 active and I am not looking back, I returned the other twice as expensive saddle and yours is the winner. I particularly like the active feature that counter moves slightly while you pedal.
