Both my (21 y.o ) son & I bought the Ergo Wave 611 saddle and we both LOVE it! No more sore sit bones (or anything else)! Worth every penny. 😀 EDIT: Yes, we ride together most of the time! We started riding together, 2½ years ago (I had had a 20-year hiatus). He had been my biggest cheerleader and has become a great coach. (He was a competitive freestyle scooterer, sponsored by Chilli Pro.)

So... as a 45 year old, I have found that saddle preference makes night and day differences about enjoying cycling. I had read many reviews and decided on this saddle, the 611. Unfortunately my size wasn't in stock, one of the employees found a return that was "blemished" and sold it to me for a very fair deal. I expected some kind of mark on it. Turns out it was a slightly marred number on one of the rails. Omg.... thank you guys. First ride.... best saddle I've ever ridden. So basically, great company, great customer service, BEST saddle I've ever ridden.

They made an excellent product. The free home impression kit helped to determine the correct measurement. Seating from from old to new was a night and day difference.

The innerbarends are practically MADE for this bike - a Spesh Sirrus X 4.0 - due to the wider flat bars of this model. I use it as my touring/canal runner/trail bike, but I wished for more comfort on the 20+ road miles to get to my favorite places. The innerbarends fixed that problem 100%, and I barely had to move my brakes/shifter (1cm or so). I can still access brakes and easily shift. Shipping was fine. My only criticism - let me submit this review on your website rather than wait for an email link!

Just what I needed. I was suffering some lower back pain due to osteoarthritis and this saddle really helped me. Took a while to tweak the fore/aft and tilt but once I got it dialled in it really helped me cycle more comfortably.

I followed the pedal size recommendation as listed on the website, unfortunately the wide Q factor caused a significant power loss on my rides. I gave it two weeks with them on the bike to adjust and still no improvement. It has been a major regression. I also had an incident where the right pedal would not unclip leading me to dump my bike which caused a scuff to the pedal and made a return impossible. It was not a rider error. I have access to the tooling and asked if they could sell me a different axel spindle to replace the +18mm XL with the medium or small in order to narrow the q factor. Customer service said they could not. But since they're a German company and im in the States im not actually dealing with anyone at SQ, just their North American distributor. This is frustrating because now the pedals are useless and I have wasted $170 + and hindered my progression. Even a discount on a different size pedal in exchange for me sending back my current pedals is impossible to them. I put my faith in SQ and their product and it ended up being a huge mistake. I just want a solution to make the damn pedals work for me. It would take one email from SQ to have their supplier ship a pair of replacement axels to me and all would be fixed. I really bought the ergonomic marketing hype for the wider axle length. I should have just bought a pair of Look or Shimano pedals. UPDATE: In response to my review, SQLABS clamied to have offered me a discount/ alternative option on new pedals. This never happend and is completely dishonest. Im assuming since once a review is written and a company has responded that ends the back and forth between consumer and company. For consumers reading SQ Labs reviews they would see my negative experience then read SQ Labs response and walk away thinking that I was unjustified with my frustration and that SQ Labs did everything in their power to make things right. The issue I have is that SQ LABS did not do the things mentioned in their response. A complete fabrication of events in order to come out of the situation in a positive light. I exchanged email with Sarah from customer service prior to writing my review. She sent two emails. One was a cut and paste response when I suggested the option of exchanging the pedals' our first interaction. "Hello T--------, I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your new pedals, unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges, you’d have to initiate a return and then create a new order for the alternative item. You can initiate a return on our web shop within 30 days as long as the item is in new, re-sellable condition. I've provided a link for you below. Once we receive the returned item to our warehouse, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and your refund issued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out if you have other questions Let me know if you need any other que Sarah Boards & More Customer Service From the date of my purchase it took around a week or more for the pedals to arrive from the date of purchase. It then took another 14 days for me to install the pedals. I was collecting data on my previous pedals in order to document the improvement the SQLABS pedals would supposedly give me. So I had less than 6 days under the return policy to properly test the pedal and initiatea return if i was unhappy. This was not enough time to gather a proper comparative data set. Return under the company policy was out of the question. 30 days is simply not enough time. A company confident in their product effectiveness would seemingly offer a return policy longer than 30 days. When i proposed the offer of me purchasing a new set of spindles to install on my pedals this was the only respone I received "Hello Trenton, We don’t currently offer that as an option, I’m sorry . I will mention it to the product team though! Best, Show quoted text" SQLABS response to my review is dishonest and untrue. They could easily make the situation right. IM NOT ASKING FOR FREE PRODUCT. I JUST WANT OPTIONS!

SQLab is the only saddle maker I know that makes it possible to buy a saddle for my particular "sit bone" spacing without a lot of fuss at a custom-fit bike shop. Good saddles, and a great long-term investment in my nethers!

The saddle is too wide in my opinion. I would prefer more clearance for going DH on a MTB.
