Very well thought through saddle. I use it largely for my trainer bike, and nothing makes that perfectly comfortable. However, this saddle, properly installed, does a wonderful job, and the variety of widths is super. Highly recommended.

I never receive an email when the item ships. This is the second time. Obviously you have my email as you sent this link to it. I ordered the item on July 13. I haven't received it. I checked your site and you think the order was fulfilled. There was a FedEx routing number on that. I went to FedEx and they think it will be delivered today, although the last scan was in California on Wednesday.

Ordered a 614 saddle and website said some in stock however it was not in stock so I received a refund. Unfortunately I was out $20 due to visa CAD to USD conversion rates. When I contacted csq labs to order a different saddle (611) on their recommendation. I told them about this and they gave a credit for that amount on the next purchase. I thought that was reasonable. I used the 611 saddle for a 400 km weekend ride and it seems to work well.

They had cancelled my order coz I’m from outside the United States. So I asked my cousin from the U.S. to buy for me and shipped to Philippines. I already changed all my saddle to my 3 bikes to SQ Lab 612 which I find comfortable specially on the long ride.

The experience was pleasant and I was able to figure out my appropriate size for me.

Customer service was quick to respond with useful information. I should of reported the issue I had with the seat immediately and they would of replaced it. Instead I let to much time lapse and they gave me 50% off a new one. All around I'm happy with the response and course of action.
