Bought a 14cm 612 ERGOWAVE and have 600 miles on it now. It is the most comfortable saddle I've ever had. I've tried many saddles over the years as I often have discomfort in perineal area. Saddle shape (raised in rear is better than flat), cutout/indent shape/size, and material all make a difference. The old Avocet saddles from the 90's were my previous favorite. I've tried larger, softer "comfort" saddles in addition to traditional/racing saddles but I seem to sink in to those too much - firm with the right shape is better. I've also tried tilting the saddle but that creates its own problems such as gradually sliding forward. I mounted the 612 middle and level and it was great with no slip and no further adjustments. I am 6'2" 175lbs and followed the SQlab instructions to determine the 14cm width. Customer service was very helpful and responsive to emails as they were originally out of my size but scrambled to find me one anyway.

The stapling under the seat does not look as clean as my old saddle. The material is not tucked and looks like it will store dirt.

Product arrived as scheduled. The seat and grips exceed the description on the website. What a difference it made from our old grips and seat. Instructions made it easy to install. Can't get much better than a product that exceeds your expectations.

A simple delivery to Canada seemed to be very difficult. You ask me to reconfirm my address numerous times. It's a good thing that it was a no-cost item. If this happened with an actual paid item, then there's no way I would order again.

Great price on an awesome saddle. First time on a SQlab and the comfort on the long climbs is awesome. Already purchased another for my other bike.

Great products! MY SQlab bars make a noticeable difference in comfort vs. the stock bars on my mountain bike. I rolled them forward a bit more than expected, but it was pretty quick to find the sweet spot during the initial setup. They're not overly flexy, but the improved wrist comfort is significant after big park days and on steep descents, specifically reducing arm pump and reducing tension at the outside of my wrist. Previous bars I've used recently include oneup, Raceface, and Promax. They all hovered around an 8-9 degree backsweep, and the 12 degree backsweep SQlabs bars are noticeably better for me.

Order a seat on your web site that showed 6 seats remaining. The order was accepted and then a day or so later I got an email saying sorry but it’s no longer in stock. It was a discontinued model. The order was accepted, it should have been filled….thanks for the reminder to be sure I got the refund.

My purchase experience was actually a comedy of errors. It would be difficult to invent such a series of interlocking failures, beginning with "inventory" for sale that didn't exist, continuing to someone "grabbing" a replacement saddle that had been allocated to me and ending with FedEx losing my shipment for nearly a week. But Cerice from customer service transformed this potential nightmare into a customer experience that was ultimately very positive. How did Cerice do this? Three things: 1) forthright honesty, 2) timely corrective action and 3) clear and complete communications with me. My testing and evaluation of the SQlab saddle is not yet complete. But if it can outperform my trusty Brooks B17, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another saddle from SQlab USA.

I ordered 2 saddles and 1 did not work well for me. The return process was quick and easy. The 614 saddle I am keeping is awesome.

I was having shoulder issues while riding my bikepacking rig with the stock handlebar and traditional grips. I ordered the 30X 16 degree handlebar and the Grip 710. First day riding the new setup I noticed immediate relief in my shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands. Best bike investment I've made in a while. Highly recommend trying.

Really like the way their website is set up so that you can research and self fit a saddle. It is easy to find the right saddle for the type of riding you do, and the type of rider you are. If you are have trouble finding a saddle that you are comfortable on, these saddles are great option. Personally was having trouble, and spent a fair amount of time and money trying to find a saddle that could be rode for longer distances. The SQ 614 worked out well for me. They ship quickly, and are quality saddles.
