Customer service did a great job getting thr 612 active 2.1 saddle I needed even though it wasn't currently available. They keep it touch with me until they could ship it to me. Great service!

The saddle alleviated most of the soreness I have been experiencing. I ride about 200 miles a week. Definitely needed this saddle.

The product description (handlebars) on the US site did not mention that they could not be cut narrower than 720mm without voiding the warranty and causing a safety risk. Cutting bars is common, and smaller people (like women) need to cut even more. Despite this being the fault of the company (a customer is apparently expected to read the manual before purchase to get this information), they would not even cover the return shipping.

The item purchase was shown as having 6 units left, after submitting a purchase an email was sent saying it was out of stock and the order was cancelled. No alternatives were suggested or offered, just a thank you no thank your for your business. The site still indicates there are a few units still available for sale. I was looking forward to trying out the item but now I have no interest in the brand.

First I got the measure at home kit (if I had a dealer near me I would have gone there - support local bike shops) then ordered the saddle and it arrived quickly … I have ridden about 100 miles so far and love the 614 … I have had a 610 on my mountain bike for a few years …A+ to SQ

First saddle that fits me.

I'm very glad I found SQ. There aren't a lot of pedal options available for people that need a wider stance and they make a quality SPD compatible pedal with multiple widths. I'm using the 8mm on one bike and the 15mm on another. They have different Q factors and I was able to get them close to each other. I also needed to get my foot away from the crank, so my feet could be in position where my knees could track correctly for me.

Had the 612 for a few weeks now and did several longish rides (>30 miles) and haven't had one saddle problem with numbness etc. Very pleased with my purchase.
