Good communication. I like that you have a US website and it's easy to order items there. Everything shipped out quickly. Of course the quality of the products is superb. Website is a bit difficult to navigate because handlebar specs aren't tabulated in the traditional fashion (rise, up, back, length) and information about reach would be very helpful for the 30X series; we rely a great deal on reviews to get this information. But, the reviews are good and I feel the enthusiasm is justified, as they have nailed the ergonomics

Verdict is still out. This saddle replaced my old Selle Italia. Both seem very similar in comfort. I was expecting more from the SQ. Perhaps I just sized myself incorrectly and need the 14 instead of the 13.

I recently upgraded my cases and purchased some new mounts. I had an issue with my MTB Pro mount that had vibrated loose and I lost the sprocket spacer that goes between the mount and the case attachment. Oscar worked with me and we were able to find the part in a returned unit and he sent it to me to get back on the road. I like the products and will continue to use them

Excellent ergonomics and durability, and arrived faster than expected from US distributor. The 17degree sweep 30x bar is not hard to get used to, still very in control descending despite relaxing the shoulders a bit, and for climbs it’s simply amazing, very efficient leverage
