Saddle is top quality, great design and very well manufactured. Ordering and shipping was easy. It would be great if the squab-USA website inventory could be updated more regularly because there was an inventory mix up and the saddle I initially ordered was not actually in stock. Otherwise great experience!

I ordered product on Dec 3 but then had question about a dimension that was not in specs. It took till Dec 8 to respond to that simple question. The other issue was shipping. $10, no options. It took from Dec 3 to Dec 12 to get to Miami. A similar product ordered on Amazon would have been cheaper and much faster shipping. My Amazon shipment was there the next day, no charge. I live in Ecuador so getting things here AND if needs to be returned is very complicated.

Bought a saddle on Cyber Monday got a good price; however, a week later what i received a damage saddle. Emailed the customer service to get a replacement took me about another week. I have never been asked box dimension and glossy weight by customer service for return shipping label. After that, I have never heard from them for couple days. Emailed again, got a trucking number, day after that received another, I don't even know which is correct, phone calls have never been picked up, only email will be reply.
