This company is a scam. It is unacceptable that the LuckyVitamin company does not have a sector to take care of products that have not been delivered, because they have already received the money for the products, and we customers who care about us? LuckyVitamin, the company that hires the transponder company, the LuckyVitamin company has to solve the problem. I made a purchase through LuckyVitamin on 31/05/2022. Until today (20/09/2022) I have not received the products. I contacted the company several times, however they did nothing. I did some investigating myself and found out that someone got the invoice wrong so the products were returned to Lucky Vitamin. However, on return, the products are stopped in Germany. I contacted Lucky Vitamin again, explained the whole situation, but even so my case was treated with disregard. In short, they don't care about the customers, because I wasn't the one who hired the transport company, they were the ones, and as soon as there's a problem they don't solve it. I bought the supplements for health reasons, I am unemployed and lost 200.00 euros (that was the value of my products). It is regrettable all the neglect that LuckyVitamin has with customers. This company is a scam, don't waste your money like I did. I hope I helped someone, I wouldn't want more people to fall for this scam.

If I can give lower than 1 star I would. The products they sent are close to expiration date AND instead of getting the usual amount of servings per container, it's actually half of what is advertised online. They refuse to acknowledge mistake. The website said I get 60 servings per bottle. Each capsule has 30mg. What I got was 60 capsules, but takes 2 capsules to get 35mg. Effectively, it has 30 servings per bottle because I will have to take 2 to get almost equal amount of what I should get if I got the 30mg per one capsule. They REFUSE to correct this mistake. They will not offer refund. They said I got the new product from manufacturer but it's not new. It is 5 months to expiration date. I ordered same product from another online retailer and the expiration is 1.5 years from now in 2024.

Plus de 17 jours d'attente et aucune nouvelle des produits commandés le site DHL les situe en Allemagne (sensé arriver en France)..un vrai scandale, aucun suivi de leur part ! J'aurais mieux fait de lire les commentaires d'autres clients qui ont été floués..affaire à suivre, mais site à fuir absolument !!!!

Je déconseille très fortement ce site. J'ai fait une commande début juillet, que j'ai suivi régulièrement sur le site avec les outils fournit, ne voyant rien venir, après deux semaines, je les ai contacté pour apprendre que ma commande avait été retournée. Elle m'attendait dans un point relais sans que j'en aie été informé !! J'ai bien été remboursé, après 1 mois, mais leur incompétence me coute 30€ qui ne me sont pas remboursés ! Ne prenez pas le risque de faire du commerce en ligne à l'étranger avec de tels interlocuteurs : non fiables, pas commerçant, ne reconnaissent leurs erreurs... et en prime vous les font payer

I ordered Lionmane and I received the item well packed and as I described. I have not tried it yet but the price is the best in the market. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and replying to my emails promptly.

That's unbelievable! I ordered an item because LuckyVitamin promised a very quick delivery, but the item was delivered to my town a month later when I left the country! No refund, no additional delivery, nothing. This is very disappointing. I will always be a customer of iherb, not this LuckyVitamin!!

I ordered products of a value of 100 dollars in July 2022 for my adress in Sweden. My first order. After 5 weeks I contacted Luckyvitamin and they say its soon to be delivered. After some more weeks I contacted to swedish mailservice instead and they explained it was rejected by customs many weeks before due to no parcel description of content. I even got a photo from customs of the parcel that this info clearly is missing. I sent all this info incl picture and proof that the package was returned to sender by customs. Now 7 weeks later and three conversaitions with Luckyvitamin the refuse to accept any responsibility and they will not refund because the say they have not recieved package to their return warehouse. Regarding the missing info of the parcels content they say is out of their control because it was my swedish customs restrictions!! Although Luckyvitamin advertise heavaly in my country, website and domain is in swedish and they make promise upon order they ship here. Probably my money is lost for this Scam company!!! Never buy from them! Update september 28: Seems like the only way to really get the attention needed was to write this rewiew. Plan worked after 2 days I had my money back. Sad but true. So if you find yourself in a similar situation you realize what to do.

Delivery from the US to Germany takes over a month and is sent back automatically. I was not informed, called or asked about my package, it just got sent back by the mailing company. Luckyvitamin takes no responsibility over this, even though the fault clearly lays on their side. Worse, they do not refund the full amount. From the 63€ I spent on this order, I only received back 36€, since they do not refund the shipping costs and further on top charge you a restocking fee of around 12€. Unbelievable. Do not buy here!

DO NOT USE THEM ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! Ive purchased two products online from them . Taken more than a month to arrive then delivery attempt to THE WRONG ADDRESS. No more attempts made to deliver so I’ve asked a refund and only given one product refund ! From what I read here so far this company is a scam and should be look into by the right authorities as I see they are not delivering only scamming

Straight-up fraud. Two months and my package has yet to arrive. I ask them to cancel it and issue a refund, they tell me I can request a refund once the package arrives. However, their refund policy is that your order has to be issued in less than 60 days. It has been 60 days and I did not even receive my order. Advice, order your supplements from legit sites like Iherb.

Scam! Scam!! Scam!!! Save your time and money. These thieves told me I selected a delivery without tracking so they can’t do anything. The customer support is trash! Once my package arrived the country and I paid the customs fee that was all. Don’t do it please. Find an alternative website. They should be taken down. Thieves.
