Package never arrived Customer service said I might get partial refund if the package comes back to them No assistance what so ever Either they a scam or they have no care for customers! I’m out $108 and no package and no refund. We’ll have to challenge fraud on credit card! Never shop here

Only problem I am having is with the browser used when doing an online purchase. I have to switch to chrome or the order will not process. Other than that, prices are good and shipping takes a reasonable time, even here to Canada, thanks

Sent my order to an old address that had not been active since the end of 2020 (despite the fact that I had changed my address and had another order previously delivered to my new address) and then said they couldn't do anything about it. Useless.

Ik ben Daisy Vervliet en helaas werd ik zowat 30 jaar geleden door een teek besmet met de Lyme ziekte, na 2 jaar behandeling met verschillende antibiotica heeft mijn huisarts gelukkig de amerikaans gerichte specialist gevonden en bijgevolg dus Propax NT. Om in het kort te verhalen dank zij Propax NT ben ik stilaan beter geworden en nu volledig in orde, van de dubbele dosis per dag heb ik kunnen overschakelen naar 1 zakje per dag. Ik heb eens gedurfd 1 week niet te nemen: resultaat doe ik nooit meer! heel gelukkig en dankbaar met de hulp van Propax NT !

Appalling customer service. Only able to speak to a virtual' person. Unless you have opted for the most expensive shipping and your item doesn't arrive, the advise is phone customs or its tough. There will be no replacement or refund. There are plenty of UK companies selling supplements. My advise is use one of them

If there is a negative star that I could check, there won’t even be even one star here. I ordered the package ONE MONTH AGO! There’s no messages about my order and I don’t even know where my order is! I chatted with online customer service, all I got was “it is delivered” No help at all, never purchase from this money sucker ever again. If you want to order anything from here, be careful you might never get your items nor your money back.

Helaas ook een slechte ervaring met deze site. Ze zeggen dat het terug gestort is (zonder verzendkosten en die zijn behoorlijk). Vervolgens geven ze Visa de schuld en moet je daar maar gaan klagen. Dus NOOIT hier bestellen aub.

Dreadful customer service. Complete rip off. No help whatsoever, never received parcel and customer service were no help, even refusing to check their own system to see if the parcel had been received back by them so I could be issued a refund.
