Please do not order. Do not make the mistake that I did looking at the reviews. I suspect they are making their own. In fact I had to report them as a scam website. Keep your money stay away. They are not within the UK but outside and provide fraudulent tracking numbers that never works. As soon as the order says in country. It stops. And they come up with bogus emails, like you need insurance, we dont do door to door delivery... Please avoid this scam

I was able to find what I was searching for and feel I got great deals with the Labor day sale. My only issue was at check out. I had difficulty signing in, then difficulty with the check out page. The page kept blanking out or causing me restart with whole credit card process. This made me nervous unsure if their was a technical glitch or some sort of hacking. I went ahead and made my purchase. I hope all is well with the sale and I look forward to my delivery by the end of the week.

Customer Service could have saved their reputation, by transparently offering up, the fact that *not all browsers* can complete the purchase. They hinted at this, pointing me to Chrome for another matter; they might consider revealing early on, that which promotes fewer hurdles. As a first time experience shopping Luckyvitamin, I'd call it 'hurdle' not 'wonderful.' Not an optimal partnership for NOWfoods.

My experience with LuckyVitamin has been terrible. I ordered Enzyme supplement from LuckyVitamin. After a week or so, I hadn't received it. I tried to track my package with the number provided by LuckyVitamin, but when I clicked on that tracking number, I was told it was not valid. It has now been 16 days since I placed my order. I haven't got the money to keep phoning around and chasing an order. This is ridiculous and a large number of other people have had the same experience as myself. If I am not going to receive my items, then I demand a refund, otherwise, as it is starting to appear, LuckyVitamin is a company of which everyone should be wary. EDIT: LuckyVitamin did refund me. A little while later I did in fact receive the product I ordered, though it still ultimately took around 21 days in total. As a result, I've contacted them about the refund and am sending it back. EDIT: Contacted by Sarah from LuckyVitamin who has told me that I can keep the refund and so in the end everything has been concluded satisfactorily.
