I've been a customer for a long time, and wanted a fruit/vegetable supplement--- high quality. It's a challenge to go through all the possible selections, but I chose Natrol JuiceFestiv 60+60 because of the ingredients listed, and the good reviews. I do spend a long time on the website, because of all the selections and information, but I think it's worth it. I hope this product will help me to feel better physically.

I was having a problem with the choice in shipping, and kept getting an error message. Finally I got it to go through, and I paid for the order through PayPal.

Excellent prices, products, and service. My shipments come quickly and well packaged. I am finding many of the products I use from my local health food store are at LuckyVitamin at a great price. I am telling others about LuckyVitamin, for sure.

After more than one month my order didn't arrive. I had to constantly contact customer service and ask them to check. Finally I am informed that my order was "undeliverable" and it was sent back. I should wait for a refund which can take up to 90 days since I placed the order. Of course shipping is on me... shipping that didn't happen as far as I am concerned. I posted a comment about my experience on their Instagram : deleted. So silly to think that in this era you can mute the voice of the customer. I will continue to post and report their page until I get my money back !

Lucky Vitamin is a scam Worst experience I have ever had buying anywhere online. I ordered almost €200 of, very necessary, health supplements from them April 21st this year, which was refused entry to the country due to an incorrect TARIC (community code) on their customs declaration. I contacted them as soon as I was informed of the issue, and received an auto response with a promise to get back to me as soon as possible. Since then I have chased them regularly about the issue, and they have responded, but only to let me know that I would be refunded once they had the order back in their warehouse. They then went silent. I again messaged them regarding the refund and received the obligatory auto response telling me they would look into it and respond shortly. They didn't. I again chased them and was told that as the order had taken more than 90 days to be returned to them they no longer had to refund me, and instead offered a $5 gift card. I was also informed that the order had returned to them was incomplete. None of the issues mentioned above were of my doing. They have purposely delayed communication to exceed their 90 day return policy and are now refusing to refund MY money to me. LUCKY VITAMIN ARE A WASTE OF SPACE RIP-OFF OPERATION! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!

This is my first order and i'm new to LV. I've glad that the process of order is so easy and best of all, i was given a 20% discount on the first purchase. I saw a lot of products that fit to my healthy supplement need and hopefully i will be a regular and loyal customer if everything goes smoothly. lastly, thank you so much for having a great website that ease my purchase for supplements that i can't find in local store. Lucky is the pertinent word. Lucky if you ever see your products and lucky if you ever see your money again. DHL will not even delivery door to door. DHL have handed it over to Emirates Post to deliver who are now charging me 30 AED ($9 USD) on top of already paid postage to deliver to me. DHL are a bunch of incompetent dim-wits who cannot run a decent business if they tried to. And Lucky Vitamin customer service is a disgrace. If you are on LinkedIn premium contact the Director, Keith Wills with a linkedin message. This way your concerns will get straight to the top dog.

Many brands to choose from is a real plus on Lucky Vitamin website. Lucky Vitamin brand is good quality if one can not find the brand they are looking for.
