I purchase essential oils probably once every month or so. I use them quite often, so I am constantly refilling my stock. I usually buy Now essential oils, but I don’t have one set place that I buy them from. When I needed to purchase a few more bottles last week, a quick Google search showed that Lucky Vitamin had the oils I needed, for a much less price than anywhere else. I’d never heard of them before, so I read some reviews just to make sure it wasn’t some type of scam. Lots of negative reviews, but also enough positive ones to at least let me know they weren’t a scam and my money wasn’t going to just disappear. I placed my order on Saturday, July 9th. I couldn’t believe how cheap my order was for all that I was getting - plus I found a coupon which brought my total down even more! On Monday I received a call from Lucky Vitamin. I honestly figured they were calling to tell me they didn’t have some or all of the oils I ordered in stock, but it was a courtesy call from one of their sales reps telling me that if I ever had any ordering or product questions, that I could reach out to them directly for help. Now, if I’m being honest with you, I’m a girl who LOVES to shop, and I do a lot of online shopping. Do you know when the last time was that a company reached out to me just to welcome me as a customer and to let me know that they’re there to assist should I ever need it?? NEVER! Good customer service is a quality that a lot of companies are lacking these days, so that was a really nice surprise! I received my order today, Wednesday, July 13th, so technically 2 business days after I ordered it. I definitely wasn’t expecting it to arrive so soon. Inside the box was a coupon for 15% off my next order, and my oils were packed neatly in a bubble wrapping to prevent breaking during shipment. I will never buy my essential oils anywhere else! They have gained a customer for life. I honestly never write reviews but just had to! If you’re hesitant on buying from them, don’t be! They’re absolutely amazing!

Have had a repetitive problem of vitamins being out of stock, Receiving 3 to four notices, and then canceling the order. Very frustrating, certainly supply chain issues are universal, but this is not handled well. NOW products, are usually the problem.

Never buy anything from them. I PAID and get NOTHING !!!! This is a company with no reputation and service . They are waiting for you to be deceived. They sent a parcel and the parcel was for some unknown reason blocked by french customs. Who knows what did they send. I can't believe french customs really refuse the import of some vitamin. Anyway they said as following original wording: in the event the package is not able to be delivered, per our terms of service, no refund will be available. Further they said, if your shipment may be returned, after deduct the original delivery fee and the restock fee, there is no refund!! SO, in all, in any case, they send you some parcel with some unknow products you would never seen. and the products would be refused by french customs. and then, don't dream to get you payment back. Trust me, you will get nothing after your payment!!!

Everything shipped quickly and arrived on time. I think their wellness consultant adds a very extra special touch over other vitamin stores.

I was about to check out at another online vitamin company, when I decided to compare prices with LuckyVitamin. Luck won! it was quick to realize their prices were better :~))

I appreciate LuckyVitamin. I take several supplements to keep my body strong. I appreciate that they have reasonable prices on their supplements and that the shipping is quick.

I was looking for Green Pastures Fermented Cod Liver Oil and Concentrated Butter Oil, which Lucky carries, and a few other items I needed, and with the free shipping over $49, I felt better about ordering from LuckyVitamin than I did Amazon. I will look here first, from now on.

Their dellivery system has failed so they decided to not give me my money back - about €65. So I have been waiting many weeks for nothing + they rob me....unbelievable, never again!!! I am from different country and sometimes its hard to deliver package. But this is their responsibility to deliver it - most horrible experience in my life.

one of the worst customer service. placed an order and they sent it the my old address, although i updated it on my account. they decided to use the billing address to ship, instead of the new address. called and emailed cs multiple times. they are extremely irresponsible and did not even bother to contact the shipping carrier.

Good Experince

I have been trying very hard to get a couple of Himalaya products as these were out of stock on most of the online shipping companies. Lucky for me that I could find these on LuckyVitamin and get these ordered to Downunder! I was able to avail the 20% off on my first order, although had to try a few times to get the link to enter the discount code to work. Except for this minor glitch, everything went smoothly and I am very glad that I could order these medicines on time. I am hopeful that they will arrive promptly.
