Fraudulent website, emails you a voucher code but never allow you to make the payment when you redeem it, costumers service is useless too as they say website works like that, they give vouchers for marketing to get new costumers to try their website but it's all misleading, in the end they will say sorry give you only a 5$ voucher equal to British 3£. STAY AWAY

Unfortunately my items never arrived. I’m £35 out of pocket, the delivery service they use is absolutely dreadful. Will purchase from a different company in future, very disappointed as I was excited to give these tablets a go. Waste of money and time chasing up on this, items must be stolen.

Such an easy site to order off and the prices are such great value a fabulous discount, highly reccommend to everyone

I have ordered a few times with great delivery. This time the address they put down was not correctly done and DHL returned the items non deliverable. Now as it is over 90 days and they have not received it i dont get credited..... so its not my fault they made an error and not my fault the courier took ages to send goods back i loose 79 EURO because of bad service!! Bad errors by them on shipping caused this. I have emailed from DHL confirming address issues and Lucky vitamin has delivered here twice or three times before

I love this site. It's always easy to order products from Lucky Vitamin, especially if you have a good idea what you want. The prices are good and it's easy to earn free shipping, which I can always do by stocking up on a couple of items so i don't have to order as often.

They have a great selection of products, however, their shipping is really terrible. Sometimes the order will arrive and other times you just won't receive it - it's a hit or miss.

Good prices and delivery was quick, packing of all vitamins’ bottles were very careful and well wrapped.

Easy to navigate. Prices are competitive. Don’t know about shipping yet … just ordered, I do wish the ‘free shipping’ was faster like Ama***’* P****. So, my sister referred me to you. After 2 days of being on hold for 40 min at a time, trying to chat with the agent who was no help, I was finally able to use the 20% off code. I tried my iPad, iPhone & iMac. It would never accept the code & I was trying to find out why. I was told I needed to call your # which I had. Who has an hour to wait even tho it says my wait time is 5 min. I hung up at 40 min.
