All products arrive on time and in good condition. I like that they are of very good quality at a good price.

Great place to find specific vitamins that I needed. Shipping is decent by the looks of it, but I have only just ordered. Package is supposed to arrive within 11 days.

Easy to order online, good prices and excellent service

They shipped my order to the wrong zipcode and refused to correct it with FedEx because "they would incur a fee." According to them, my only recourse is to wait some more until FedEx returns the package to them, and then they will issue a refund. My order has been "delayed" in the FedEx system for 5 days already - who knows when it will actually find it's way back to the seller. FedEx won't let me make the zipcode correction myself.

My order of $24.0 never arrived. I was declined a refund because the fault apparently lay with me! See their response below. Dear Dawn, Thank you for contacting LuckyVitamin. Commandé un petit article chez eux pour 13€ frais de port inclus. Colis expédié depuis l'Allemagne. Arrivé environ 1 semaine après la commande. Article conforme et en bon état. Emballage carton de dimension adaptée avec bulle de protection en quantité suffisante et une petite pochette zip plastique. Bref bonne expérience sans problème. Je n'ai pas eu à traiter avec leur service client.
