Ce sont des escrocs. J'ai commandé pour plus de 110€ de produits soit disant en stock qui plus est avec la livraison DHL express. Après 2 semaines, je les ai contacté pour me plaindre et annuler la commande. Ils m'ont d'abord fait croire que si les articles n'avaient pas été expédiés, alors ma carte n'avait pas été débitée. J'avais payé par PayPal et tout avait bien été payé à la commande... Je leur ai donc demandé le remboursement mais après 2 semaines toujours rien malgré ce qu'ils me disent. J'ai ouvert un litige sur PayPal et j'attends la résolution et le remboursement. Ce site est à fuir !

Very large choice. Buying from France is super simple and much cheaper than there.

I am a client for 7-8 years and have made about 15 orders (2-6 products each order). I never had any problems with my orders, products arrived always on time, were very well packed, long before the "Best before date". Wide variety, high-quality products, higher or lower-priced, but often with discounts. Although I have to pay taxes upon import (as I live in Greece), I am very satisfied and that's why I am still a client.

I was thrilled to find free shipping to Canada. I ordered 106 dollars worth of product to get the free shipping, and was promised delivery within a week. The delivery estimate disappeared and there wasn't any tracking available. Several chats with customer service let me know that I couldn't cancel, that it could take upwards of a month to reach me in Canada (the US is not that far from us) and that if I wanted to send it back and get a refund, I would have to wait 45 days, start a tracking with the DHL delivery and only after filling out an affadavit, and only upon the product being successfully returned to Lucky Vitamin would I receive a refund. I waited close to three weeks, was very disgruntled with the whole process, and eventually received my product. I did not return it, but will not order again. It isn't worth the hassle. Stick to iHerb.com. Their policies are much better and their prices are good.

I always get the best pricing even after shopping at the big A store. Lucky Vitamin also carries the highest of quality supplements.

I never received my parcel nor a refund, please use an alternative seller and save yourself the hassle and cost. Absolutely appalling.

I've consistently found amazing deals on quality products at LV over the years. Fast shipping is another bonus! I can't say I've ever had the first issue with them and am happy to recommend to others.

Update: Got my package after two months. It was supposed to arrive in 2-4 to weeks max. It's just not acceptable. I am not ordering anymore with this company.

After experiencing difficulties with my orders a few months ago (system update and warehouse move), I was hesitant to order again, but I can certainly understand "growing pains" with business, so I decided to proceed with them again. That was a month ago and with zero problems! Good arrived early too :) And so now, here's another order and no doubt will receive excellent care again :)

Terrible Happiness guaranteed they said. So I waited 10 days for my product. nothing. Contacted them, they said as the product is not insured all i can do is hope for the product to arrive. Well , here i am 2 weeks later still hoping.... they literally scammed me.
