The vendor claims that handles international orders. I ordered 8 supplements with total order of €299 to be delivered to Greece including delivery and import duties. The order dispatched on time however, DHL had to return the items back to the shipper due to a local customs policy that limits the imported supplements per customer to 7 items (first time heard of it). I contacted customer service to resend my order in two parcels, as per DHL’s instructions, but they advised me to wait for a refund and reorder. My refund arrived a few days later to the amount of €148 as they charged a 25% restock fee on the value of the order and failed to also refund the order taxes of €55 for an order I never received!! To reorder in two shipments I need €340 (another €190) and we could have avoided this mess by only charging me two extra deliveries of €37 each. I’m not going to comment on the fact the DHL should have instructed the vendor on the terms of international shipments or obviously that the vendor must have already been more cautious on international deliveries.

Scam - Fraud Order no. LV19833110 I have tried to contact you in any possible way and it seems that you are unreachable. A lady's voice keeps answering with the same message that she cannot hear me. I have paid £60 for a medication that I urgently need and I haven't received anything. I expect a refund asap. Thank you!

Payment processing wouldn't accept my card, which it took last time I ordered. Plenty of $$ in account and no holds on anything. Site was slow and glitchy. Had to reload 2 or 3 times to get pages to come up.

I have been purchasing all my supplements fro Lucky Vitamins for almost 3-4 years. Being a vegetarian / Vegan, this is the online shopping where I get all supplements. I also try different kinds of proteins and green powders. Lucky Vitamin also care for the environment. If any supplement is not available, they do back ordering (ship when available). They ship all my supplements on time and offer lot of promos and discounts. It also offers the customers "Carbon Neutral Shipping" by asking them to add a few dollars or free to plant a tree which is really a good cause. Overall a great experience online shopping at Lucky Vitamin.

1 januari besteld, verstuurd via DHL. Volgens de website zou het 5-7 dagen duren eer het pakje bij mij zou zijn. Ik besef dat dit een geschatte tijd is en niet accuraat (zeker met de feestdagen), maar ik ben ondertussen al 3 weken aan het wachten en ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen. Het pakje zit al meer dan 10 dagen vast in Frankrijk?? Ik had LuckyVitamin gecontacteerd om te vragen wat er loos is en volgens hun moet ik maar geduld hebben want hun excuus is "het kan even duren om van Frankrijk tot mijn land te verschepen wegens afstand"?? Ik ben van Belgie dus zo ver moeten ze nu ook weer niet gaan, als ik mijn auto pak dan rij ik van mij thuis tot het zuiden van Frankrijk in 1 dag...

Not impressed. Purchased a load of solgar multivitamins for my kids when they arrived they only had a 2months expiry and are out of date by Febuary 2023. Other ones I have purchased have BBE dates end of 2023. Complete waste of money. You should inform customers of short BBE date when purchasing. LV19787127

Mijn bestelling van €95 inclusief verzend- en douanekosten is teruggestuurd naar Amerika, omdat ik niet thuis was. Geen melding gekregen van DHL, zodat ik niet kon regelen dat het pakketje bij de buren kon worden afgeleverd. Ik kreeg slechts €54 terug, dus €41 betaald voor iets wat ik niet gekregen heb.

The web site is painfully slow. I have a fast pc and all other sites I use are quick. not LuckyVitamin.

Order is travelling for a month now, and hasn't arrived yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and it's almost February. Don't order if you live in Europe, they ship from USA and you never know if and when it will arrive.
