I have ordered a number of times from Luckyvitamin.com. I never encountered any issues, my order has arrived on time with all items in it. It's much cheaper ordering it online than buying it locally.

Hello, I was happy to see lucky vitamins has the product I was looking for with a good price. However, I placed an order for the product since the 24th of December 2022 and now has exceeded the delivery date and worst is the tracking number given is not working on DHL, it is saying the number doesn't exist, what I have on my profile is 'Its on the way', Kindly help give an update concerning the product. Good prices. Terrible shipping infrastructure (DHL which transfers to TForce Logistics) TForce is known for being one of the worst shippers, just google them! They simply often do not deliver, misplace packages and in my case left the package outdoors, downtown in a heavy traffic area with mostly store fronts. They never attempted to even press my intercom/doorbell to deliver. They even left a delivery photo to view online of the driver holding the package near the address.. outside. This is not a safe drop location… outdoors never has been and never will be. Luckyvitamin has this absurd 45 day policy where they wont even begin to look at the situation till then. How could you ever fix your shipping logistics if you don't immediately investigate issues like these… you cant… and from reading all the horror stories. They dont care. Update: LuckyVitamin wrote me privately to say they would help and look into it. A little while later with no real interaction or messages sent to me they post a public response saying they have no choice to wait 45 days. Maybe that is true but they should still be able to take the claim and submit it in themselves in 45 days and not waste more of their clients and their customer service reps precious time. Its a known fact that multiple calls for the same issue increase end cost on a business. Also they made no comment on using low budget terrible shipping companies to save a few bucks… the same company that “delivered” me package. Looks like Lucky is happy to be UnLucky.

Such a great place they have many things i can’t find in stores

Each time I tried to place an order with a stored address to be used for my new order, a pop up showed up asking to confirm a Country Change. Both shipping addresses, one to be used for this order and the address for previous order are in USA! If either the confirm or cancel buttons were selected and proceeding to the order was selected, the wrong shipping address appeared for the new order. Redoing and selecting the correct address for this order only produced the incorrect shipping address. After attempting for 30- 40 minutes to make the online order system work, I called Lucky Vitamins and got a GREAT person, Janice?, to help me place my order. Success was then achieved with the great support staff person but not without experiencing a lot of frustration to place a repeat order using the online system with its failures!

I placed an order on Lucky Vitamin in early December 2022. They sent me a tracking link almost immediately after paying, which of course didn’t work in DHL. After reading all the reviews here I didn’t believe the order was actually going to arrive. Lo and behold, 27th Dec it actually arrived, and the product was perfect as described. Clearly some issues with communication for them to sort out, but I’d purchase again. :)

Hi I am still waiting for my package to be sent. I am so confused why it keeps on saying that it should be delivered by Jan 2nd, but the tracking still says that it has been in the Richmond center since the 28th. I entered the DHl number, but doesn’t say that the number exists. What should I do? Is it a scam?
