Norway | 19 December 2022###Les oppsummering på norsk helt nederst.### Placed an order based on "Taxes and duties paid" information provided before checkout. Turns out Luckyvitamin.com's practice of charging Norwegian VAT on supplements is wrong, as these items are excluded from the VOEC arrangement. So paid VAT to Luckyvitamin and ended up with a massive invoice from the Norwegian customs asking for VAT on the whole order, INCLUDING THE VAT I HAD ALREADY PAID Luckyvitamin. Customer support (Sara) doesn't even understand the issue is about VAT they have charged on false bases, and keep going on and on about duties. When ordering supplements from abroad, the e-Commerce vendor should not charge the VAT, but this will be done by the Norwegian customs. I recommend to avoid this website at all costs if you are based in Norway. Luckyvitamin's business practices are fraudulent at best. ##Update: The way Luckyvitamin team attempts to make this my fault by providing completely false information here on Trustpilot is yet another red flag telling you to avoid this e-Commerce site at all costs. While placing an order, I was informed that duties and taxes are included, and Luckyvitamin charged me for VAT (there are no duties on these items when ordering to Norway). However, the Norwegian customs clearly state that supplements are excluded from the VOEC arrangement, meaning Luckyvitamin has knowingly charged me for VAT they should not be charging me. Also, they refuse to correct this with the Norwegian tax authorities, leaving me out of a lot of money. This is what the Norwegian customs say: " What should I do in case of incorrect collection? What do I do if... ...I paid VAT to the online shop at the time of purchase but the transport company has also Customs cleared the shipment and charged me import duties and taxes? Then you must contact the online shop or online marketplace for reimbursement. They must correct errors in their reporting to the Norwegian Tax Administration and must clarify this directly with the Tax Administration. They are also responsible for refunding wrongfully claimed amounts." Luckyvitamin has refused to do this, meaning their business practices are fraudulent and also against regulations for VOEC.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2022Stay away! At the end it’s added tax and is not presented clearly. Cancellation is not possible! System is not allowing to cancel order within hour after order and next showing error and asking to contact with customer service. I contacted with customer service 12 hours after order and 5 hours later I received email that order has been sent

United Kingdom | 15 December 2022I selected DHL Global Priority shipping at checkout (which they claim takes 3-6 days), 10 days later, it has not even left the US. I contacted customer support who informed me international orders take 1-4 WEEKS. So why do they say 3-6 days at checkout?? Complete scammers! They completely lie about the shipping times to get you to purchase. This is an unscrupulous company and I will NEVER be purchasing again. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING, DON'T!! I RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE FROM ANYONE ELSE!! EDIT - In their reply below they state that the information I have been given is correct. This is untrue. As I stated in my review, they quote a shipping time of 3-6 days for DHL Global Priority. It has been TWO WEEKS now and my order has still not arrived in the UK. Therefore, their shipping times are grossly misleading. I am pretty sure they are breaking some regulations or laws here.

Switzerland | 14 December 2022Product ordered 10 November - today is 14 December. Product not received. LuckyVitamin says I should contact DHL - DHL says I should contact Swiss Post - Swiss Post says the tracking number is invalid.

Spain | 08 December 2022Total scam. They charge DHL shipping fee, give you a useless tracking code, then tell you to contact the post office. I reversed the transaction on PayPal. There are MANY cases like this, do not order here. Your order will probably face the same issue: you pay, you never receive anything, then you need to waste days of your life writing messages that get no answer and charging back. Update: it seems they use an intermediary to process PayPal transactions. I am not even sure if that is true (why would someone pay someone else to collect PayPal payments?). Unless Lucky Vitamin lost its PP account, and now has to use intermediaries. Anyways, as a buyer, do not fall for it. The one who receives your money should be the one responsible for the refund. Update: you are ignoring the point. You charged for DHL, but you use regular mail service as delivery option. It is misleading advertising and nothing has been delivered.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2022After 1 month of waiting my parcel is lost and nobody had no clue what happend. The DHL customer service which is agressive even its their fault, washed their hands and blame LuckyVitamin. The sender is using DHL which is UNINSURED and that means you can only HOPE your parcel will arrive. No parcel, no refund, no nothing. Completely waste of money and time.DHL is the most disgusting service, they deserved to be sued and closed down. Sending parcels with pigeons would be more reliable than DHL.

United States | 07 December 2022I had difficulty in adding a new credit card and unsuccessfully tried to order several times. I visited your chat, made a phone call which I was on hold for over 10 minutes, then left a message, and sent an email for assistance, and 3 hours later have not heard back from any of the above. I finally (I think) got the card added and my cart ordered, but am not positive of that even.
