Our company has been ordering exhaust hoods from HoodMart for several years. We work on many different kitchen designs and often require custom sizes or options on our exhaust hoods. HoodMart works with us to get the design we need, and they always ship their products in a very timely manner. We will continue ordering from them in the future!

Your sales people need to listen to the customer, not jump to conclusions On what they think, but what the customer asks for. If another product is available or is a replacement explain that. If you don`t know get someone who dose. I know for a fact that exhaust ventilators come with different base dimensions, but your sales people will not discuss any options of any kind.

It was good and easy and Deb was great to work with. Only one thing I didn't like. It was noted on bottom of quote, but as an option not something that hood needed to operate. A control pannel should be included on quote and give the customer the option of deleting it if not needed.

Very good experience

When I this control panel installed, being new for me I called and Mike Oswald took the call. He sent me the drawing and helped me understand how to hook up the wires. After I got the wires installed I had to wait for the fire system installed I called again to get help on how to wire up the (2) micro switches. After testing the system I had a problem with the hood lights staying on. Between Mike & I determined that the problem was with the relay somehow was locked, he sent me a new relay and I installed it on 02/12/24. The relay fixed the problem, everything is working perfectly now. Thank you very much Mike.
