Customer service is excellent. They walked me through the process and provided expert knowledge about my order. Hood exhaust fan I ordered arrived in the timeframe as promised. Very good quality and well worth the price. I really like this company, recommend it and will use them again.

You guys are Very helpful, Mike Koleski was very helpful, was very consistent on the phone. I mean this guy was knowledgeable and amicable (great combo)… The docusign portion was very frustrating to use on a mobile device, it kept deleting as I changed from pdf drawing to docusign. No room for individual spacing in between appliances.

Ok my first review was a very bad one. But that's because I had gotten the wrong person to start with . I guess like everyone else they have some bad apples but the company reached out to me and made right what was wrong and done a outstanding job . The company itself is great and most of the people working there are as well. I will be calling them again for my needs as we progress.

I've been apprehensive to deal with Naks/Hoodmart because the past experience with the technical team has been far from great. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and non combative the tech was. That has not been the case in the past. Mike helped me through the process and forwarded the right info to the sales team. The only reason it's not a 5 star experience is that I didn't get a quote until the next morning.
