United States | 09 October 2023When hood arrived, there was some minor damage to the intake fan that my contractor had to fix. Once installed, the exhaust fan was built to rub, and then because of the rubbing, the motor burned up within 1 hour of the fan being installed, and still have not heard about a warranty claim, but I had to pay the electritian a thousand dollars to find and install a new fan otherwise miss my inspection dates and delay my opening of my restaurant. I would not recommend.
