Excellent implementation of redmine + added features. Would recommend to anyone that need a central tool for project management and communication in a distributed team (that's how we use it). The all-in-one solution, whereby one has wiki, issue tracking, repository, blog, schedule etc is really fantastic.

We have looked at several different packages to manage our software development processes. Of all, Planio stood out for a number of reasons. It was one of the most cost-effective packages for us as a small team and delivered many automated processes. After about 3 days of the trial, my developers were hooked and by the end of the 30 day trial we had invested so much time and added so much information to Planio, that it was impossible to undo! I would like to see slightly more projects available for your subscription fee as even though we have a small team, we wanted to create a project for each of our customers' sub-sites but it would have been prohibitively expensive, so we settled on generic projects for the overall site.

Well done! I love Redmine and I use it for my personal project and my company. Planio services avoid all the waste of time about the platform maintenance and let me focus on my projects. The service has no downtime or lags. These guys work very well and the customer service is perfect.

I'm using Planio for a few years now (started in the middle of 2013) and I never had issues with the service. Whenever I had to contact Planio in regards to subscriptions, upgrades, customer support, etc, I had no problems with the solution. Their support is awesome, flexible and really helpful. I can recommend this company to anyone :)

Each time I have request, planio does answer very quikcly (usually less than 20 minutes) and the answer is usually OK immediately. If I still need assistance because it is not clear enough, they take time to give the entire detail of the procedure. I am glad to benefit of such a good support.

Nach diversen Vergleichen mit anderen PM-Tools sind wir vor ca. einem Jahr bei Planio gelandet. Überzeugt hat uns in erster Linie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Kein anderes uns bekanntes Tool bietet so viele Funktionen zu einem guten Preis an. Auch der Support läuft einwandfrei. Unsere Anfragen wurden alle innerhalb kurzer Zeit kompetent und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Mittlerweile arbeiten wir täglich damit und können uns Projekt-Management ohne Planio gar nicht mehr vorstellen. Die Benutzer-Oberfläche könnte man noch verbessern; die ist m.E. nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß und besonders auf großen Monitoren etwas „fitzelig“.

Sehr gutes Tool und bei Bedarf super schneller und kompetenter Service. Ich setze das Tool seit 4 Jahren produktiv mit 5 Personen ein und kann es nur empfehlen.

Sehr guter Support! Das Produkt hat ein faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wichtiger aber: Bei Supportanfragen wird unverzüglich geholfen und der Anwender mit seinen Wünschen ernst genommen. Manches Mal werden aufgrund der Wünsche von Anwendern Erweiterungen am Produkt vorgenommen.

We have had Redmine in our own servers for over 10 years, so I was a little concerned with the transition to Planio. However, all went perfect (they were even faster than they said) and now we are happy we made the change.

The service works very well, the web interface is easy to use and has a nice design. The only problem I faced was that I was not able to copy text from a chat box.

Großartiger redmine Service und Host. Bin seit über 10 Jahren redmine Nutzer und seit rund 3 Jahren Planio-Kunde. Unsere redmine-Projekte waren nie in besseren Händen. Es läuft einfach rund und auch der Support ist zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht.

The user interface is a little outdated and could use an update, but it offers a lot of customizing options to make it work for you.

Excellent support! We migrated from another system, and although two systems had little in common, support staff migrated everything in just a couple of days. We discussed and planned with Planio support, and at the end of the day got what we have targeted in timely manner.

We choose planio for it's flexibility to fit several different workflows, and because we could have everything we needed in one place. It was really easy to set up, their support answered our questions quite fast so we were able to solve our doubts. They also helped us to migrate the data from our previous tool into planio, which was done without mistakes and really fast. 10/10 would recommend.
