Die Software selbst ist an sich sehr intuitiv zu bedienen. Hatte ich während der Einarbeitung dennoch Fragen, hat man mir immer sehr kompetent und schnell weitergeholfen. Bei Planio fühlt man sich von Beginn an sehr gut unterstützt.

I really enjoyed the interface and how it works (until now) but I have not tested all the features yet.

I am a new PlanIO user (having worked with JIRA forever!). It is a learning curve for me but the customer service is very responsive. I got the replies almost instantaneously! 5 Stars for Customer service (Holger Just) As for the product itself - Has tremendous potential and they should get there soon ;-) Cheers!!

Whit in 1 hour a great response that solved my problem.

I asked them to import a Redmine dump. They told me it may take up to three working days, but they did it in one! And everything is in place, everything I asked them has been done perfectly. Great job by Louise and Jens!

Ich kenne Redmine noch von meinem alten Arbeitgeber. Nachdem ich mich selbstständig gemacht habe nutze ich es weiter um meine Kundenprojekte und Aufgaben im Überblick zu behalten. Die Preise sind mehr als gerechtfertigt, der Service läuft stabil und der Support ist zügig. Von mir also: Daumen hoch!

I needed to move a Redmine instance from a legacy server across to Planio. There was a lot that could have gone wrong in such an import but I was delighted that the Team at Planio handled all the account, billing and tech issues really well and kept me fully informed. A couple of minor issues were identified during the import process and Jens was able to quickly work with me to correct the problems. Within an hour of the start of the work with Jens, I had my legacy Redmine fully operational with Planio; this was great news. I have been really impressed with their professionalism and I strongly recommend them.

Ich wäre froh ich hätte Planio schon vor 2 Jahren kennen gelernt, da hätte ich mir jede Menge Stress mit anderen Redmine Hostern sparen können...

Hi, no major complain about Plan.io so far. It's so far beyond other project management sites, in my opinion. Just one wish though; it would be great if you could offer more payment options. Like Paypal for example. I have been consolidating all of my ecommerce transactions via Paypal. This help me with a lot of things, and more importantly, I don't have to be afraid about the potential of many websites getting hacked - just Paypal. And after decades of operation, I have great trust on their security capability. Hopefully you'll find this idea useful. Thank you.

Schnelle Einrichtung, sehr schnell produktiv arbeiten. Da kann man sich auf seine Projekte konzentrieren ohne lästig selbst an Redmine herumzudoktorn.
