Einfach sehr gut, nach besser wäre es, wenn man Kosten ebenfalls planen und überwachen könnte. Das Programm ist schnell und vor allem nicht mit bunten Bildern überladen, Einarbeitungszeit 1 Stunde, dann kann man das erste Projekt planen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis exzellent!

Excellent Redmine implementation, I really appreciate the Agile-plugins (burnup/burndown, Agile planning and Scrum board). The only weakness as a project tool for me is the Gantt. It's ok to view, but is not interactive. Not enough to lose a star though, this product is real value for money

RedMine is a powerful platform: we're using to to manage all aspects of a new business. The hosted service with Plan.io makes it easy to get set-up with, including great e-mail integration. The e-mail support from the plan.io team has been quick, friendly and helpful every time we've needed to get in touch as our needs have developed.

It has been a good year and chance since I touched Redmine last (when I was a reviewer for Packt's Mastering Redmine) and I'm thrilled to report Planio has made my life so much easier. HOSTED Redmine, and done VERY well -- AWESOME!!

The communication between the costumer and the company is very good, if you have any questions or problems you will get an answer right away. They help you with anything, big or small, and take you seriously.

If your mind is bubbling ideas like a water boiler, the tasks to be done are overwhelming, the time is ever too short and the timelines are framing your possibilities tightly you need some relieve: redmine hosted by planio. It takes your ideas and converts them into issues which can be broken into tasks with easy handling of timelines, timeframes (sprints), delegation, customer involvement. The know how you build up while joggling with the tasks is kept secured in the easy editable wiki and the users are informed about task status changes by email, if you want that. However, the restriction of the amount of projects can be a cost intensive hurdle if you want every customer to be treated in a separate project for data access right separation purposes. For many small companies 200€ per months might be too expensive for unlimited number of projects, however, it is cheaper than an extra person would cost to administer all the server site tasks. Overall, I like and recommend planio and if you have collaborators that deal with host administrations anyway you can always use redmine on your own host and keep the good habits alive that come with using planio's redmine.

Bisher die beste Projekt-Planungslösung, die ich genutzt habe. Kleine Wermutstropfen sind die sich mir nicht erschließende fortlaufende Nummerierung der Aufgaben (hat keinen sinnvollen Mehrwert und stört) und die fehlende Einbindung in bestehende Kalender. Ich freue mich also über diese kleinen Anpassungen ;-) ... Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort!! Das System Aufgabennummer kann ich jetzt nachvollziehen, ... die Frage die bleibt ist, ... warum muss die Nummer an solch einem prominenten Ort und dann auch noch FETT geschrieben stehen? Ich freue mich wieder auf ein kurzes feedback. ;-)

I could say a lot of good things about Planio, it's a excellent solution in many ways, but what really impress me is the customer service. They were ready to help every single time we needed, and always with helpful responses. Our import process were much harder than we initially thought, but Planio support worked hard to adjust everything the way we needed. Keep up, Planio!

The service works well so far, but the look is very sterile and corporate and dated. Feels like 2008 Time for a User Interface refresh me thinks.....8)

Useful and seamless for development team roll-out and project assembly and tracking. GIT repository comes handy in a package.

I　asked Planio support team to import CVS data. The data are exported from other Redmine host and encoded by SJIS (Japanese). I received some questions about the translation between Japanese and English. Then they completed to import perfectly. Now, I can start the work.

Since 2 years I am a happy user of the redmine system used on a daily basis at customer sites for agile development and quality control. Now I upgraded my company's bronce plan.io system to the silver level in order to manage all kind of internal projects the very same successful way I've been used to with redmine. This is for me important because I want to act and re-act as agile as possible on the longer the quicker changing global business opportunities and therefore I need a tool that is easy to use and to adapt to the ever changing requirements of projects and customers.

Very pleased with the service - no performance problems and everything integrates and works nicely. Planio truly shines with support however: fast responses and always of a high and very professional quality. I'd be more than happy to recommend Planio to anyone who is looking for a project management platform.
