Ordered two pairs of shoes and they arrived quickly and fit great!!!

Was not able to use my gift card or discount code! Called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel. No attempt by rep to adjust my charge with gift card or savings code! Very disappointed

The two pair of shoes were the same size as a previously purchased pair but were too large. I expected to at least be able to exchange. But no, they would have to repurchased at a greater cost because of the lost discount on original order. While the $5 fee to return was bothersome the idea that they could not be exchanged is a game changer. In store purchases for Clark's would be the only way to go. But then who wants to travel 30 miles to do this shopping? You need to tell people in clear and obvious and basic terms the policies. Like at checkout. Not buried in an extensive terms and conditions page.

This shoe is comfortable to walk in, however, the length is tight with socks. A size 8 shoe in length is typically fine, but this shoe is shorter than it should be making it difficult to put on with the higher heel design

The shoes are great. The website is bad. It seems to be based upon the bait and switch principle. When I try and apply a promotional code it doesn’t let me do so at first but if I try hard enough I can get the promotion. Once I get the promotion applied, it doesn’t accept my card despite the fact that when I go to their store with the same card, they accept it. Please have the company contact me. When I’ve attempted to resolve the problem I was told that the website had problems and would be working in 2 days. It didn’t. On top of everything else I had to wait 30 minutes on the customer service line before anyone even talked to me.

You should have like Amazon return /exchange free shipping so I may buy more.

I mistakenly forgot the discount code when buying online after trying on at a Clarks retail store. . WhenI I called, the customer service rep told me Carks could not do anything until I actually received shoes and I should call in to the same number to get the discount. I gave up after the 6th or 7th failed attempt to get through. I returned the shoes which was easy and ordered a new pair making sure the discount was applied. That has all happened successfully with me and new Clark's shoes. The discounted price is the maximum I would pay for these.

Although my first order I don’t believe this will be my last. My order arrived quickly and I love the fit and look of the shoe. I will add Clark’s as a go to source for comfort and good looks too.
