I ordered dress shoes and had to return them. It was an easy process, and I received a quick credit. I then reordered the shoes in a smaller size; And received them today. They are pretty and very comfortable. This was a very POSITIVE experience.

Shoes are great. Time to ship was good. Email customer service stinks. I tried to do an email exchange through your website, but you didn’t have the size I needed, and I was unable to switch it to another color and size. I contacted customer service via email to see if they could make the exchange and never heard a word. I ended up placing and new order and returning the original order.

My delivery started off with timely delivery. The packaging was great my shoes fit perfectly. They were so comfortable. I received several compliments. I wish they had additional colors of the same shoe.

Clark makes a decent shoe, but soles wear out quickly, and they are difficult to get on . Sizes run small (?)

Awesome in time comfortable

The order process was easy. The package arrived safely, well packaged. The shoe is my normal size, however too short. I looked to exchange, the next size not available, so initiated a return. The next morn I looked again and the next size was available. I emailed cust service requesting change from return to exchange. 2 days later, still no reply.

My shoe was to small brought to the store and returned the lady was awesome polite very willing to help me find another I did i love clark wallabies

Did not get discount advertised and then the next day the discount was even greater. Wrote to customer service twice. No reply. Don’t count on Clark’s to make good on deals offered.
