I bought boots that were listed at $120. Within a few hours they went on sale to $99. I emailed about getting a refund on the difference but was never answered. I emailed again and still no response. After looking on the site, they state that they do not refund you the difference because the price you buy it at is the final price. I'm disappointed as the price on the boots continues to go down with various sales and I feel it's too much work to return and then purchase a new pair. I don't think I would ever purchase anything from Clarks again.

I like the look of the boots but will not be able to wear them because they caused painful chafing and blisters on my calfs (from the very top part of the boots, on both legs)

The shoe arrived before the date it said and my husband say it's very comfy.

I paid for expedited shipping. The item was received after the date needed which was several days beyond the promised ship date.

My boots were sen to the wrong address and although I apprised Clark’s when they sent the tracking to me, they never corrected it so I never received them. I am contesting the payment now. I live in Sea Cliff. The boots were sent to Vermont apparently.

They were shipped promptly and arrived in time for Christmas! The only downside to the whole transaction has been the bombardment of emails as a result. Thank you Clark’s!

Almost impossible to print a return label that delivery facility will take. Will have to find a store to return order.

Good price buying online vs store, and no shipping cost by adding some additional items

I bought a pair of shoes and the size for each shoe is different. I sent a message three days ago, but I still haven’t received any response. I don’t find the same size of the shoes online. If I return the pair of shoes, I need to pay the return fee $5.

I always love their products. However, the system didn't allow me to make exchanges online (I had to return and re-order, and am now waiting for price match and refund) and the Help Center does not answer emails, so overall that is a frustrating experience.
