My shoe broke the first time wearing. I called customer service and have been waiting to resolve this matter. I'm actually shocked! Clarks are my go to for footwear and I highly recommend them to anyone connected to me.

Updated: Clarks eventually did refund my $5 awhile after I posted this review. Still disappointed that they didn't respond when I contacted them through their website the same day I received the booties--at least a week before I posted the review below. Original: I returned a pair of defective booties. Even though Clark's website says they don't charge a restocking fee when returning a defective item, $5 was subtracted from my refund. I feel cheated.

Clarks has always been great they have great prices with great shoes that's why I've worn them consistently for over two decades. BRAVO!!

The Clarks store employees are excellent, very helpful. Love the new Tysons store, so glad it’s back close to me. But, the shoes were good in theory but not in in practice. There are a number of shoes I really liked but they aren’t made in my size, 12M. The ones that I ordered that were in my size unfortunately were really uncomfortable, sneakers with very stiff leather, the tongue was like a knife in my instep. PLEASE bring back my favorite shoe, the Un Rio. I cherish the pair I have , in black, so elegant and comfortable, I get so many compliments. The leather is like butter, the style is gorgeous. If you made them again and in the size 12 I will buy multiple pairs in every color ( need black, luggage tan, white, navy)!

The worst customer service ever On the phone for 2 and 1/2,hours until I finally hung up Your system was messed up and said my card was denied so I re entered it again come to find out it purchased 2 pairs of the same shoe….. so now that I received them they charge me 5$ to send one pair back It’s crazy!
