United States | 14 December 2024My experience with buying a pair of boots for men from your online store was mostly great. You have a wide selection, photos and descriptions of each, and fast shipping. Also your sale price was appreciated. What I am most disappointed in is the box the boots were inside of. The box was in tatters. The whole package was enclosed in a large weatherproof plastic bag but the box was torn, collapsed, shredded. This item is a gift. It’s embarrassing to gift a broken box to anyone. As for fit and comfort of the boot itself I will know after Christmas. Fingers crossed it’s a big hit but knowing he can exchange it at our local Clark’s store is a huge relief.

United States | 14 December 2024I ordered a pair of tennis shoes in the wide width. As soon as I opened the box, took one shoe out without even trying it on, I knew it would not be wide enough. I have trouble with my feet and only a TRUE wide width can I wear. I have two pairs of Clark casual shoes in wide width and they fit perfectly fine. The best part of the experienced was I was able to return them, in the house one day, mailed out the next. The return process was quick and easy plus the refund quick as well. I learned a lesson because of course I had to pay the shipping cost back. Don't think I would buy another Clark tennis shoe on-line, only in a shoe store so I could try it on first.

The return at the store and then notice of refund effortless! Also, I had inadvertently placed my order online before adding the Black Friday code (BF40) to get my 40 percent off. I called and service rep said I could call back after receiving shoes and they could apply it which I really appreciated!

United States | 14 December 2024Your customer service representative was great. My complaint is I paid for 2 day delivery which would have resulted in a delivery of Dec 12th or 13th. In looking at the tracking one my wife's Xmas gifts is scheduled for the 16th. I just hope it makes it Monday. CSR refunded my 2 day delivery charge.
