On line order invoice did not account for discount and I was overcharged. I called customer service 2x and sent two email correspondence over a span of two weeks with no response. Upon receiving order I went to Clarks in Folsom only to find that policy doesn't allow transactions through PayPal. I was a long standing customer but based on my experience I will not do business with Clarks moving forward

My experience was good. I love my shoes. Well, I love all my wallabies.

Clark’s customer service is just horrible. I waited for 50 mins to get a representative on the line only to be told nothing more that that was already on the website. Why would I call them??

The shoes I ordered were delivered to my next-door neighbor. She returned them to Clarks. Clarks will not enable me to re-order the same shoes that I bought on sale. I have yet to receive a credit to my account. I submitted two forms to Clarks reporting that I did not receive my shoes. I never received a reply. The offshore Clarks call center is awful.

The web site is super easy to use, and the shoes are quite comfortable. So far so good.

I always wear size 9.5W, but the new shoes I bought were too big. Unfortunately, the exchange or return process has been quite difficult, which added to my disappointment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is non-existant! Attemped to call 3 times, no one answered after 25, 30, 27 minutes. (Multiple previous reviews indicate the same!)No response to "Live chat" either. Good product but will NEVER buy again due to the total lack of customer service.

I can buy Clark’s anywhere and return without restocking fee. Not worth buying online from the company . It was easy to return.

Clarks has large option of Wide With shoes. The products are made well and have great durability.

Received shoes/boots. Love them! Very comfortable, fit nicely, my husband love his sandals, too! However, the ordering process and experience was poor and frustrating. The ordering website did not allowed me to input the sales promotional code which then over charged me $130+. I wrote to you regarding the over-charge twice, received no response from you , I called your customer service, was on line on hold for over 40 minutes before a customer agent answered the call. The agent was courteous but her accent was so strong I could not understand most of what she was saying… she promised a refund which we have received now. Hope all these can be improved, love the products , I have five pairs of woman’s sandals, same style, various colors, I love them, I wear them everyday, to everywhere.

I returned all three pairs. The sizes were not true and the boots impossible to get on.

My parcel had a delivery problem but customer service understand it and listen very patiently. I’m happy with the service and Clark quality of material.

I ordered the same size in 2 different shoes and one was too big and the other too large. It also took a long time to get here and still longer to return and I haven’t got a refund yet.
