They didn’t show and I had to call costumer service to find out what happened. As I’m writing this I still have received what I ordered.

Have worn nothing but Clark’s for over 15yrs to protect my back, knees & support my arches. My primary daily shoes are always Leather Supportive Sandals or Mary Jane styles; with Clark’s Sneakers & Flip Flops on occasion. I also have Clark’s slippers.

Your software is not good. It took down a wrong street address and a wrong apartment number. I tried to enter the correct street address and the correct apartment number. My apart number is 1204, but it insisted it must be a 3 diget number. I was told I could correct all when the shoes are shipped. I hope so.

The sizing on the shoes is not the same as last time I ordered the same shoe. The quality was disappointing also. I always loved your shoes. Not anymore.

The ease of shopping

I was able to purchase a pair of the Men's Desert Boot in the sand suede color earlier this month. First, it was extraordinarily easy to find the product and read reviews online, making the purchase process efficient. I had a minor snafu trying to find the place to enter my discount code, but that's on me, not Clark's. Second, once the order was placed (and yes! due to Black Friday I was able to score a significant discount), the boots arrived within 4 or 5 days, quicker than originally promised (a great example of under-promising and over-delivering). Finally, the boots themselves: great color, good fit, buttery soft, and NO (zero, zilch, nada) break-in time for a pair of new shoes! Highly enthused about that aspect for sure! I'll have to be a little extra cautious about maintenance as suede scuffs so easily, but that's the nature of suede. A note about the sizing: reviewers mentioned that the shoes run large - they do. I am normally a size 9 (averaged across every pair of shoes I own regardless of brand), and reviewers recommended an entire size down. I went with an 8.5, but *could* have stuffed my feet into a size 8 - at that point it's the thickness of your socks that will affect the boot fit. Because it's currently winter, having the slightly larger size means I can wear thicker wool socks to keep my feet warmer. However, I tested the boots around the house wearing a normal thin pair of dress socks and the boots fit just fine for me. The fit is relaxed, with no heel slippage, nor toe pinching in the toebox. Very pleased with my purchase and bookmarked the Clark's homepage in my browser for the next time I am looking for a new pair in the spring. Would highly recommend to any gent looking for a great-looking, easy-to-wear boot.

Just started shopping with Clark’s about a month or so ago. Everything has been very good. I will caution anyone though: Don’t enter payment information until you’re absolutely certain you want the item. I did that, left the screen to contact customer service about a promotion, when I came back somehow the order got placed without me actually clicking “submit.” Fortunately I was gonna make the purchase anyway, but just be aware (purchase was done over my phone. From a laptop/desktop may not be the same).

The buckle fell off my shoe after my second day of wearing it.

Great shoes which I’ve been wearing several of your styles since I was 15 I’m 51 now and it’s the only ones I prefer. For any occasion I have the Clarks that rep me well. The brothers had a great vision in their shoes let alone the shoelines.

Unfortunately the size 8 shoes were way too tight for my feet. Clarks was very responsive to the return and all went smoothly. Just disappointed I couldn't wear the shoes.

Needed new Clarks because I wore out my last pairs... Very easy to order online and quick shipment and delivery!

Ordered came in amazingly short time. The process was fairly easy . I love Clarks and these loafers are unbelievably comfortable. I recently bought black ones at the Clarks outlet and Asheville North Carolina. And I love them so much that I wanted them in blue also.
